Points positifs : L'appartement est magnifique, très propre et dispose de toutes les commodités. L'emplacement est superbe, quartier proche des stations de métro et du RER B pour une arrivée facilité depuis l'aéroport. Les nuits sont calmes et on y dort très bien. Nous avons parcouru Paris à pied directement depuis l'appartement et c'est très agréable. Charlie et Semi sont des hôtes très agréable et disponible. Je recommande vivement ce logement, nous avons passez un très bon séjour ! Merci 👌

Great apartment in a fantastic location.

Points positifs : The apartment is in great condition. There is enough storage, clean bathroom, enough plates and other kitchen items. The location is absolutely amazing and the elevator is very handy after long walks in Paris:) The host was super friendly, easy to reach and very helpful.

A perfect Paris stay — comfortable, quiet, and ideally located, with an exceptional host.

Points positifs : Charlie is a wonderful and very customer-oriented host. The apartment, recently renovated in 2023 (if I’m not mistaken), is fully equipped with everything you might need — from a hairdryer to complete kitchenware. There’s hot water, heating, and all the comforts you could ask for. It’s very quiet, and there’s even an elevator up to the 5th floor. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the major attractions — the Louvre, Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, Sacré-Cœur, and more. There are also great restaurants and the amazing French Bastards pastry shop nearby. For us, it was everything we could have wished for.

Great, modern flat in the heart of a vibrant part of Paris.

Points positifs : Great location, nicely appointed. It had everything we needed for a few nights' stay. Easy check-in. Secure premises. Has a tiny lift so you don't need to lug heavy bags up the stairs. Vibrant neighborhood, with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops & boulangeries (especially Bo&Mie around the corner!).

Points négatifs : The toilet room was tiny! Your knees practically bang on the door. Luckily we're fairly small - it might be difficult for bigger people!

Points positifs : Appartamento pulito, con un set di cortesia completo che non ci aspettavamo. Posizione centrale e l’host veramente disponibile, per qualsiasi problema era pronto a risponderci tempestivamente… ci torneremo sicuramente alla nostra prossima visita a Parigi.

Points positifs : Sehr komfortabel mit dem Aufzug, sehr hübsch eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Lage zum Innenhof absolut ruhig. Sehr gute Lage.
