NEW Spacious 4 Star Family Apartment in Chic 16th District

Lovely apartment. Great space. Just needs better ventilation

Great stay in Paris Auteuil

Points positifs : Very comfortable! Not that spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids when you have to fit a baby cot, stroller, luggages etc. That said, location was perfect for us and everything you need walking distance. Beds are comfy, 2 showers (1 toilet), lots of empty closets. Quite luminous for a basement flat.

Points négatifs : Not many cutleries and no dishwasher (but a washing machine!).

Points positifs : The location was fantastic, one block away from two excellent metro lines. The neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful, and felt like a real residential neighborhood, not a touristy facsimile. It was a lovely building, with helpful kind neighbors, and the apartment was very nicely appointed, with clean finishes, and the small space well used. We were a family of five and fit in comfortably, if a bit tight.

Points négatifs : My one recommendation would be to include some bowls in the kitchen, and provide some detergent for the laundry machine - especially for guests with children. These are small suggestions that would make an already fantastic apartment even more amazing for families. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Points positifs : It was very nice stay. Appartment was superb . Nice facility. Everything was excellent. But, travelling to and from Eiffel is lil bit expensive. That’s not a walking distance. But that’s not a big problem. When we come back to Paris, we will give priority to this appartment. And find out the solution of travelling. Thank you for everything.

Points négatifs : Brak dobrej wentylacji, okna parowały a pranie nie chciało schnąć.

Points positifs : El apartamento, muy limpio y cómodo y en una ubicación, cerca del metro, la cual comunica con casi todas las atracciones turísticas. Estoy muy contento.

Points négatifs : Me gustó todo.

Points positifs : We loved the property. It had a very unique floor plan. It was very nicely furnished. The kitchen was adequately supplied except there was no drain tray to put under the dish rack. The beds were comfortable. The building was secure and the neighbourhood felt safe. It would have been nice to have a few more toiletries including bathroom soap.
