Points positifs : The apartment was very spacious in the heart of Le Marais. It was a home away from home.

Points négatifs : Absolutely nothing!

Loved the flat and the location!

Points positifs : Excellent location at the edge of the Marais, metro ligne 1. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby or a short walk away. Quite a busy area outside the building but the flat is on the top floor and the windows are excellent - no noise problem even on Fri and Sat night. The east-facing flat is very comfortable and has everything you need. One has to be aware that there is no lift, though - people with mobility issues might find it difficult to climb to the 4th floor.

Points négatifs : A second key would have been good.

Points positifs : Julien was super lovely and helpful! Meg me upon arrival and showed me around the place. Everything was super straight forward and great. Beautiful apartment and excellent location.

Points positifs : Perfect stay for a couple in the best area of Paris! Loved Le Marais and it's small shops, very nice appartment itself with a supercomfy bed, nice windows and views, gorgeous design and lots of books. Enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen as well. Thanks Julien and Dexter!

Points positifs : Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very easy to get around Paris from the Marais. The size was perfect for the two of us. Really appreciated having the washer/dryer since we had an extended stay. Very responsive owner and caretaker team.

Points négatifs : The only downside to the location were the intense throngs of shoppers on the weekends. If you don’t like to exercise, pls. note that is a 5th floor walk up. Also worth noting that the flooring is tile. There were a couple of areas with loose, cracked tiles so slippers are absolutely necessary. One suggestion I’d make is to have sensors set for when one is leaving the building when it’s dark. The sensors only work when you’re coming into the building/reaching the ground floor.

Points positifs : loved the location, size & value (so much bigger than any good hotel at this price!!) decor/ambiance, windows, lighting. Julien/Dexter were great & accommodating hosts!

Points négatifs : nothing!!! perfect, quaint flat in the middle of the best arrondissement. stay here if you want to feel like a true Parisian (with great taste)!

A terrific apartment in the lovely Maria’s neighborhood!

Points positifs : The communication with the host prior to arrival was terrific and one slight hiccup getting into the apartment when we arrived an hour early was rectified quickly, despite the host being in flight themselves on the same day! Really appreciated the suggestions for local cafes for dinner and the apartment itself was a perfect location for wandering and had everything needed for a week long stay.
