Points positifs : The host was very flexible concerning our arrival time - we arrived after the official hours. She was responsive and very nice and friendly in her communication. The apartment was just like on the pictures, comfortable, clean and nice. The bed was excellent. Good location, close the metro station.

Points positifs : Appartamento carino, ottima pulizia, dotato di tutto il necessario, zona tranquilla per riposare la notte, ben posizionato vicino la meteo linea 9 che colle al Trocadero', vicino a tutti i servizi.

Points négatifs : Letto matrimoniale un po' corto, rumoroso. Divano letto rumoroso.

Points positifs : The apartment is great and comfortable. There was tea and coffee and a great bakery outside. It's located in the 11 arrondissement and we walked in most of the places. The subways are nearby if you need them. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom shower is great. The apartment is renovated and beautifully decorated. The host is very nice and accommodating and let us move in early since we had no place to go from the airport. We lacked nothing.

Points négatifs : Third chair would be helpful but the owner told us that someone broke it.

Wenn zu zweit - Ankunft vor Mitternacht - mit offener Küchentüre ;-) - ein tolles Apartment

Points positifs : Die Lage ist sehr gut, die U-Bahn erreicht man in wenigen Minuten, es gibt eine Bäckerei an der Ecke, einen Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist für 2 Personen zweckmäßig. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

Points négatifs : Aufgrund unserer Flugzeiten kamen wir erst um 0:00 in Paris an. Ein kontaktloser Check-In ist nicht möglich, sollte aber dringend mit Schlüsselsafe vor dem Apartment (im 3. Stock) angedacht werden, da das Tor unten sowieso mit Zahlencode geöffnet werden muss. Für den Late-Check-in wurden uns vorab zusätzliche Kosten von € 15.- mitgeteilt, die sich vor Ort auf € 35.- erhöht hatten. Die Vermieterin zeigte uns dann um 1:00 persönlich das Appartement, auch das list eigentlich mit Kurzvideos machbar. Für 4 Personen ist das Apartment zu klein, wir waren 6 Nächte dort. Es gibt nur zwei Stühle, somit verlagerten wir das Essen einschließlich Frühstück auf die umliegenden Restaurants. Das Bad ist sehr klein, ca 90 cm schmal, mit einem kleinen WC Handwaschbecken. Wir hatten die Lüftung im Bad, da alle nach der Reise noch duschen waren, eingeschaltet. Da es dadurch sehr laut war, haben wir die Küchentüre geschlossen (der Auslass der Lüftung befand sich in der Küche) um sie dann nicht mehr öffnen zu können. Wir waren offenbar die ersten, die die Küchentüre geschlossen hatten. Fast alle unsere elektronischen Geräte waren dann in der Küche eingeschlossen und unsere Jungs mussten den ganzen Tag ohne Handys auskommen (konnten auch keine Fotos machen). Die Kopfpolster sind fast steinhart, dafür die Matratzen sehr weich.
