Un séjour parfait dans un appartement charmant, idéalement situé pour découvrir Paris.
Points positifs : Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. L’appartement était très agréable, confortable et bien équipé. La localisation était parfaite : proche des transports, des commerces et des principaux sites touristiques. Cela a vraiment facilité nos déplacements et rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Points négatifs : Rien de vraiment négatif à signaler, mais l’insonorisation pourrait être légèrement améliorée, surtout pendant la nuit Peut-être ajouter un petit guide avec des recommandations locales (restaurants, transports, etc.) pour les voyageurs.

Points positifs : Emplacement proche Tour Eiffel, magasins alimentaires, pains.... , métro. bus etc. Appartt très propre, bien équipé. Quartier tres calme Point à améliorer = préciser cafetière à CAPSULES, (avions prévu dosettes) = préciser sur votre courriel des codes que la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble le n°... G. porte une plaque d'accès à un centre formation alternance ce qui fait faire demi-tour.. ce qui s'est passé pour nous donc avions eu vos services au teleph. Préciser également sur votre courriel codes qu'il faudra faire photo boîtier lors du dépôt clé en fin de séjour. Et repreciser l'adresse mail pour dépôt photos apart lors de la prise des lieux Remerciements.

Propre, bien localisé et confortable.
Points positifs : Beau logement avec accès par une cours intérieur donc à l'abri de tout pollution sonore de la ville. La boite à clés est très accessible et pratique pour quitter l'appartement. L'accès était claire et facile. Le logement est très propre.
Points négatifs : Il manque d'aération dans les salles de bain, présence de moisissure à quelques endroits. De notre côté, cela n'a rien changé au bien-être de notre séjour.

Points positifs : Appartement très propre, hyper calme, bien insonorisé et conforme aux photos.
Points négatifs : Procédure de vérification TRES , TRES lourde et compliquée due à l'absence de contact direct avec une personne. Contact téléphonique non abouti. Envoi de Cartes identité des participants, photos à l'arrivée puis au départ , caution via un AUTRE site . Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à essayer d'envoyer des photos d'un ancien dégât des eaux Tout cela frôle la paranoïa . Même si l'appartement était très bien nous éviterons à l'avenir ce genre de location

Points positifs : The apartment was excellent very peaceful and perfect for relaxation. There’s also an amazing bakery nearby. To enter, you have to pass through four doors, which makes you feel even safer and more secure. The place is beautiful, very clean, and well-organized. I will definitely visit this apartment again with my wonderful people ❤️⭐️

Points positifs : Absolutely loved it 🥰 It was clean and warm and 3 bedrooms with double beds. Lovely kitchen/dining room area Facilities were fab. A toilet and 2 shower rooms . Perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids ages from 16-4 years. Eiffel Tower is 2 streets away and metro is the end of the road. See in the review people complaining about difference codes to get to apartment but really no big deal. We done it with 8 suitcases and a buggy after being in Disney land for 4 days before it so perfect for us to spend a day/night in Paris.

Points positifs : Great location. Very close metro station and Eiffel tower. The rooms were very nice and bright, and a good size. Lovely dining area and kitchen. Good value for money Excellent communication Good facilities Despite some reviewers complaining about noise, I found it very quiet.
Points négatifs : Had to go through 3 locked doors with codes to get to apartment. This maybe however a good thing from a safety point of view. There was a horrible smell from the laundry room. Strong smell of damp. I informed them about it and hopefully something will be done. Didn't particularly like the 2000 euro deposit. They don't take the money, but authorise your card in case something happens. Only one toilet for 3 rooms. There were more shower rooms however.

We liked our stay. Nice and private location. I think the price was a little too high.
Points positifs : Nice location. 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. Washing machine. Very nice mattress for sleeping. Private and very quiet location near Eiffel.
Points négatifs : Little bit too dirty. Can clean better. Floor was broken in one place. Too few towels. I would like to have some washing mashine liquid if having washing machine. Noise absorption is not good. Can hear everything to another rooms. Blinds were dirty.
