Points positifs : Petit havre de paix dans un quartier très agréable.

The apartment was well equipped and the host very easy to deal with. It was fairly expensive.

Points positifs : Ir was good that we could and pleasant that we could eat outside on a bistro table and chairs provided. It was very quiet and there were some excellent restaurants/coffee shop close.

Points négatifs : It was incredibly warm and we did not check re: air conditioning. The host was very caring and provided an excellent fan but we would not stay in this location again in hot weather. Also it is promoted as having a garden courtyard. That is generally true but really just an outdoor area that is shared by a neighbour. It lacked the privacy we had expected.

Points positifs : Super nice little apartment, extremely clean and fully equipped. Although it's small, it's still comfortable and has more features than one expects. A peaceful and quiet place in the heart of Paris, with lots of public transport connections and many attractions nearby (walking distance).. The owner is super nice and gave us some wonderful recommendations for exploring the area. Good value for money, I can recommend it to anyone who would like to experience Parisian lifestyle. We would gladly return. 🥰

Points négatifs : Nothing in particular. It's in the a historical building, that means it has a single glazed window in the bathroom. Therefore it's difficult to heat it up in cold weather. But there's plenty of hot water, so if you wipe yourself in the shower area, it doesn't bother to much. Heater in the main room is stronger, so it's warm there.

Points positifs : La posizione è ottima, nel 7° arrondissement vicino alla metropolitana. Nelle vicinanze c'è tutto il necessario, supermercato, farmacia brasserie, pasticceria ecc... L'alloggio è situato in una corte interna per cui è molto silenzioso. Anche se di dimensioni esigue, è dotato di molte cose necessarie al soggiorno, considerato che si è lì per visitare Parigi e non per sostare nella stanza. Il letto è molto comodo.

Points négatifs : Il bagno è troppo piccolo e al posto di un lavandino c'è un lavamani per cui semplicemente lavarsi il viso diventa difficoltoso. Manca un tavolino per pranzare e un piano per la preparazione del cibo, per cui non abbiamo mai utilizzato la cucina. Lo scrittoio non è sufficiente per questo. Fortunatamente faceva caldo per cui per la colazione abbiamo utilizzato il tavolino esterno.

Ruhiges Studio in romantischem Pariser Hinterhof, fantastisch gelegen, sehr nette Gastgeberin

Points positifs : Das Studio, ein Zimmer und ein Bad liegt in einem ruhigen, wunderbar romantischen Hinterhof mit Rosenstrauch und Feigebaum. Schräg gegenüber sind kleine und sehr gute Restaurants, ein Café, eine Boulangerie, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Weinladen liegen direkt daneben. Um die Ecke sind Metro, ein Vélib Stand und auch ein Lime Parkplatz. Mit dem Rad sind es 10 Minuten an die Seine, am Invalidendom vorbei, und dann nochmal 10 Minuten bis zu Notre Dame. Die Gastgeberin antwortet direkt und sehr freundlich, sie hat umgehend jemand mit Mückenschutz geschickt, als ich fragte, was sie dazu empfehlen könnte. Wir können das Studio wärmstens empfehlen.

Points positifs : Monolocale molto pulito, ordinato, piccolo ma super organizzato. Bagno di giuste dimensioni e comodo (di solito a Parigi li ho sempre trovati minuscoli). Dotato di tutti i comfort, letto spazioso, lenzuola pulitissime. Mi ha colpito l’ attenzione al dettaglio, nella cucina si trovava di tutto per poter cucinare addirittura olio, sale e poi macchinetta del caffè con le capsule, bollitore, piastra, tostapane, fornetto ecc ecc. nonostante le modeste dimensioni l’ appartamento era ordinato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Altra chicca era la tv con videoregistratore e una libreria piena zeppa di dvd da poter usare durante il soggiorno. La posizione appena decentrata ma abbiamo girato tutto a piedi, vicino comunque al Louvre e al museo di orsay. Noi abbiamo usato la metro solo Per arrivar dall’ aereoporto con le linee 14 e 13. Il monolocale è a 300/400 metri Dalla metro Saint Fransois Xavier

Points positifs : Posizione ottima, ti permette di raggiungere a piedi alcune delle principali attrazioni di Parigi e inoltre vicino a diverse fermate della metro. Piccolo appartamento ma con tutti i comfort necessari ad un soggiorno di alcuni giorni. Pulizia ottima. Host gentile e disponibile. Lo spazio esterno nel cortiletto interno del palazzo poco utilizzabile data la stagione, ma potrebbe diventare un plus nelle stagioni più calde.
