Points positifs : Host was very welcoming and always prompt in replying. She even took care of all our needs and made sure we have a pleasant stay. Apartment was well equipped, clean and good public transport connectivity. Apartment was spacious.

Points positifs : The location, it was very comfortable, bed was great, washing machine excellent, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Close to 91 and 96 bus lines and two metros. Markets nearby on Tuesday and Friday and Thursday and Sunday. Good supermarket just round the corner. Quiet, both heating and aircon were much appreciated as we had both temperature extremes. Nespresso machine appreciated. Lots of PowerPoints.

Points négatifs : Surprised the large frig did not have a freezer compartment. Husband missed his ice cream and I was limited in what I could purchase from Picard. We found using the QR code to login to the internet a bit challenging as there were about 8 systems to choose between before we got the right one. We would have appreciated knowing the model numbers of the induction top and washing machine as the technology was more advanced than we are used to - we are in our 80’s - we tried to look up the manuals on the internet but could not find any exact matches, the dial to change temperatures on the induction hob was new to us and not intuitive. I am sure younger, more tech savvy folk would not find any of this a challenge.

Points positifs : Apartamento lindo, bem decorado, confortável, muito bem equipado e localizado em um ótimo bairro. O 11eme é um bairro tranquilo cercado por ótimas boulangeries e várias opções de metrô. Também há bares animados. A estadia foi perfeita, deliciosa!

Points positifs : Ottima posizione, appartamento accogliente e pulito. Diversi servizi nelle vicinanze. Metro vicina.

gut gelegene Unterkunft in Paris

Points positifs : Die Lage in Paris ist sehr gut. In der Nähe von Metro Stationen. Supermarkt in der Nähe und viele Restaurants sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist schön sauber und liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse. Die Wohnung ist auch im Winter angenhem warm. Gutes WLAN. Der Zugangscode wird einem bei Ankunft mitgeteilt.

Points négatifs : Das einzige was stört sind die Folien an den Fenstern so das man nicht rausschauen kann (dafür die Leute auch nicht rein).

Points positifs : The flat was in a great location, spacious, super clean and communication with hosts was smooth. I will definitely stay again there when in Paris!

Heerlijk appartement voor paar dagen Parijs.

Points positifs : Heerlijk appartement, super schoon, fijne bedden en ruime badkamer en keuken. En goede ligging in de marais, veel winkeltjes en restaurants in de buurt.

Points négatifs : De straat waar appartement in ligt, is saai. Maar als je de straat uitloopt, ziet het er gezellig uit. Doordat het appartement op de begane grond ligt, is er af en toe wel geluidspverlast van de straat( container oid).

Points positifs : Our stay in Paris at Loft moderne was very comfortable. With a ground floor entrance on a quiet street it is close to all the interesting shopping areas, numerous bars and restaurants, transportation and within walking distance to Bastille, Oberkampf, the Marais and so much more. The accommodation itself has a comfortable bed, wonderful shower, lots of storage, and a complete kitchen including a washing machine and large fridge. It was a lovely place to come home to each evening.

Points négatifs : It would have been very helpful to have written instruction manuals for the appliances.
