A comfortable and well-located apartment, but the building experience was disappointing due to staff behavior and elevat

Points positifs : The apartment is ideally located near the Champs-Élysées and was fully equipped with everything we needed — from cooking and cleaning supplies to coffee, tea, and even shopping essentials. It was very comfortable and included two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other without. I truly appreciate the warm welcome from the concierge, Nadia, who provided us with helpful information about the apartment and the city.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately, the doorman’s attitude was cold and unwelcoming. He took photos of my children without permission, and I still don’t understand why. I have a daughter with special needs, and he was visibly annoyed that we intended to use the elevator — which was quite surprising. What’s the point of having an elevator if it’s not meant to be used? To make matters worse, the elevator broke down after the third day and remained out of service for two days. My daughter couldn’t leave the apartment except when absolutely necessary. I will be filing a formal complaint to seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Points négatifs : Not enough AC. It needs another AC unit in the master bedroom. Ok to stay if not in the summer

Cómodo y buena ubicación.

Points positifs : Muy buena ubicación, comodidad, bonita decoración,.la cocina tiene todo lo necesario, buenas camas incluido el sofá cama del living room. Fue una estancia muy agradable..

Points négatifs : Que no hubo una solución de parte de los dueños para hacer el check in después de las 9:00 pm. Si mi sobrino no recibía el departamento, me quedo sin alojamiento con mi familia la primera noche. El resto todo bien.
