Loved the location, comfortable accommodation and good communication with host.

Points positifs : The communication with the host was simple and quick over Whatsapp. I received all check-in and check-out information on time. The apartment was just a little bit smaller than the pictures because of the angles of the photos, but there was space. It was clean, the toiletries were provided for the whole stay (4 nights and 5 days). There was an iron for the clothes, a manual washing machine and a hairdryer. I was pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso coffee machine. The location is sooo close to the Eiffel, just 2 min walk to the park overlooking the Eiffel tower. Close by are supermarket, bakery, restaurant, cheese shop, chocolate shop and pharmacy, so anything you need is there. Really loved that, but be careful when are they open.

Points négatifs : The apartment is on the 6th floor, but there is an elevator that does not work after 22:00h due to noise. The hallways and staircase to the apartment are a bit stuffy and smell slightly musty, which is understandable for older buildings. The heating is connected to the building's heating, so it can be cold at times.

Много приятен апартамент с прекрасно разположетие

Points positifs : Прекрасна сграда с централно разположение в сигурна зона. Близко до всичко. Апартаментът е точно за 3-ма души или семейство от 4. Не е голям, но е по мярка и е уютен. Чисто, приветливо, добре оборудвано. Асансьор води до ет. 6.

Points positifs : La Ubicacion es muy buena cerca de la torre eiffel, hay una panaderia y el metro esta en la misma cuadra del hospedaje

Points négatifs : Existe un cobro extra de 70 dolares que no te dicen en el precio a la hora de hacer la reservación y que no son recuperables,deberian ser mas transparentes e indicar todos los costos.

Nice stay

Points positifs : Very nice place, close to Eiffel tower just 10 mins by walk. Underground is 3 mins by walk. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarket and everything needed. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Points positifs : Muy bonito, cómodo, acogedor, la ubicación muy buena y tranquila.

Points négatifs : Estaba un poco sucio debajo del sofá cama, había basura y la estufa no sirvió.

Points positifs : Отдыхала с мамой и ребенком, поэтому рассматривались варианты удобные для пеших прогулок. Аппартаменты в 10 минутах от Эйфелевой башни, дома инвалидов Небольшая , уютная квартирка на верхнем этаже. Очень интересно было получить опыт- пожить в квартирке в центре Парижа). В квартире есть все необходимое: посуда, плита, микроволновка, холодильник и т.п. Несколько магазинов а шаговой доступности, поэтому иногда мы с удобствами завтракали дома. Однажды днём у нас был живой концерт скрипки из соседних окон - это было так по французски, нам понравилось.

Points négatifs : Большие жёсткие подушки. И для троих человек было 2 подушки( Раздвижной диван с покатом, даже ребенок во время сна скатывался вниз))
