A delightful little home in paris
Points positifs : The apartment is so homely and cosy. The owner has filled it with love and comfort. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower was lovely, everything was great. The location is so handy. There is a huge shopping mall just 1 minute walk away. Then of course the eiffel tower is just a short 10/15 min stroll. But you can get amazing pictures from across the street. The views from the apartment of the seine are lovely. 3 train stations thst we found to be very near by. Bus stops near by. The area felt very safe also even late at night. The concierge mohamed was a kind and attentive gentleman. Also it's bigger than the pictures make it look Recommend
Points négatifs : The sofa bed wouldn't open. We didn't try too hard as didn't want to force it but it's a bit worn out maybe? The bed was comfortable but maybe could do with new duvets and pillows as a bit lumpy. One drawer in the bedroom was broken and fell on my child's foot. For the price, location and the fact it's on the whole a really delightful little apartment the above things were not a big deal to us. We slept well because we were busy all day exploring and we had everything we needed.

Points positifs : I had a fantastic 3-day stay at this property in Paris! The location was unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which made it easy to explore one of the city’s most iconic sights. The neighborhood was vibrant yet peaceful, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby, giving a true Parisian feel. The property itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptional—very responsive and eager to help with any questions, making me feel warmly welcomed. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the best of Paris!

Points positifs : The apartment is in a great location, situated between the Eiffel Tower and the downtown area on the other side. If, like us, you enjoy walking along the Seine River, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is spacious and equipped with a kitchen, which makes it feel like home, allowing you to do groceries and cook simple meals. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores around. There’s a sofa bed and a carpet on the floor. They provided us with fresh, clean bed sheets and enough towels for our family. We especially appreciated Mr. A (the check-in/out concierge) for his warm welcome and kind gestures. Overall, the stay was excellent, but it would have been perfect if the bed had been firmer, as it was too soft.
Points négatifs : Overall, the stay was great, but the mattress was too soft for us. While we’re usually fine with a soft mattress, this one was just too soft. In our opinion, it’s time to replace it. We would definitely come back if the owner changes the mattress, as everything else about the stay was excellent.

Comfortable stay near Eiffel tower
Points positifs : Best location. Cozy apartment and view from bed room is quite good. In Kitchen everything is available to cook.
Points négatifs : We felt little cold inside the apartment. The provided heater is working ok ok!

Points positifs : 위치가 좋았고 주변 아시아마트 한식당 현지 대형마트 등 너무 편리했습니다 가격도 에펠탑 근처치고는 저렴했고 좋았습니다 숙소 관리해주는 분도 매너있고 친절했습니다
Points négatifs : 7박8일 동안 수건이 3명 1세트 뿐인게. 아쉬웠습니다 사용하고 건조대가 있어서 말려서 사용했습니다

Points positifs : Отличное месторасположение. До метро и магазинов 700 метров. До Эйфелевой башни 1000 метров. Хорошая хозяйка, относилась с вниманием и заботой. Очень понятный check-in и check-out. Квартира на 27 этаже, быстрый лифт, хороший вид из окна. Квартира меблирована и укомплектована посудой. Есть кофе машина и посудомоечная машина.
Points négatifs : Нет телевизора, кухонного стола и стульев. Неудобный раскладной диван, головная часть которого, проваливается и в итоге получается, что голова ниже туловища. Много хозяйских вещей, которые создают чувство дискомфорта. Из нашего опыта - цена 200 евро в сутки завышена.
