Super séjour, super appartement très mignon, bien agencé, emplacement ideal! Tout était parfait!
Points positifs : Emplacement idéal, plein centre de Paris, dans un quartier animé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin à proximité, et à 1 minute du métro Réaumur Sébastopol

Perfect for a flexible solo traveller in Paris.
Points positifs : The location is great. On first glance, everything looked lovely. The host was good, gave me check in instructions just in time. Felt safe to be there by myself. It’s secure and near several metro stops and restaurants etc. I needed to be in the area for the wedding at the 10th arrondissement town hall. It’s a direct metro to Gare du Nord and equally walkable too. There are enough power outlets, hooks behind the front door, a wardrobe and an iron. I took my own hairdryer. The fridge is useful for storing drinks etc.
Points négatifs : It’s need a little TLC. I didn’t cook or eat there. The sofa is decorative only. It is ground floor - people are not considerate about noise - slamming their cases up and down the stairs at all hours. The space is as seen so I used the kitchen counters as a make shift dressing table. The bathroom is small, shower was great with hot water. It’s an internal bathroom so gets steamy. Take your own toiletries.

Great location, great experience
Points positifs : The location is very good with the metro sation only a few minutes away, and many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Very nice, clean, and comfortable studio! The host is also very helpful and responsive.
Points négatifs : I wish the shower area had a complete closure, as I had to be careful not to get water outside. But it is not a huge problem.

Points positifs : Дуже мила квартира в якій було все необхідне - фен, праска, посуд, холодильник і навіть пральна машина. Хороше розташування, поблизу кілька ліній метро, є різні ресторани, кав'ярні та супермаркети. Близько до Лувра та Пале Рояль. Легке заселення без необхідності контактувати з господарем приміщення.
Points négatifs : З недоліків - квартира на першому поверсі біля сходів, тому дуже чути коли хтось проходить повз. Вікна виходять в внутрішній двір - тому красивих краєвидів з вікна не чекайте. По чистоті - варто було б витирати пилюку частіше, бо на дерев'яних поверхнях її забагато.

Points positifs : Geweldige locatie; midden in het centrum, vrijwel alles is te voet te bereiken. Desondanks is de accommodatie ontzettend rustig, doordat het niet aan de straat gelegen is. 's nachts is het heerlijk stil en rustig. Het bed is prima en comfortabel. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een citytrip is aanwezig. Inchecken gaat top en de host is heel goed bereikbaar als je die nodig hebt.
Points négatifs : De bank is heel oncomfortabel. (vonden wij geen heel groot probleem, want we zijn bijna alleen maar in de studio geweest om te slapen, maar de bank is eigenlijk niet geschikt om op te zitten)

Fijne compacte accommodatie op een centrale locatie
Points positifs : Heerlijke locatie in Marais, heel rustig s’nachts. Kleine fijne studio het beste geschikt voor Max. 2 personen. Zeer makkelijk inchecken en op de begane grond. We hebben hier 4 nachten geslapen en genoten van de vele restaurantjes in de buurt.
