Close to the metro and quiet.

Points positifs : The location of the property is great as it is near the train station and also a lot of food places. The hosts left us robes and slippers which was a nice touch! We did our laundry in the washer/dryer which was so handy to our travels and also the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There is also a mini notebook with notes regarding how to use certain items in the property. I’ve seen reviews stating the main entrance door buzzer is quite loud, however when we stayed here, we slept like babies and never heard any door buzzer (we closed the bedroom door).

Points négatifs : It was hard to turn the water temperature knob in the shower, you may have to give it a strong twist to change. Also there is no door to the shower so please be mindful when using the shower head that the bathroom floor may need a little bit more coverage to prevent it getting wet when you finish.

Great location but noisy buzzer

Points positifs : The location was amazing we were never more than a 20 minute walk from where we needed to be, lovely big toilet, shower, good storage too

Points négatifs : It is a ground floor flat, and the buzzer goes off every time the door opens and it is incredibly noisy. The last night I was kept up all night with it opening and closing which was really unfortunate

Clean apartment in a handy location.

Points positifs : We loved having a washing machine and the place was clean. The location was handy as it was close to shops and restaurants and Gare du Nord train station. Smart TV with netflix was great to unwind after long days touring.

Points négatifs : Like most cities certain areas near where we stayed were a little dodgy but we learnt quickly where to avoid.

Leuke accommodatie in levendige buurt, met veel voorzieningen

Points positifs : Alle faciliteiten aanwezig, met goede heldere gebruiksaanwijzingen, terwijl het een compact appartement is Goed gelegen locatie ten opzichte van diverse stations

Points négatifs : Gelegen naast voordeur van het gebouw, die met veel geluid door veel mensen dag en nacht werd geopend Wc gedeelte onvoldoende geventileerd

Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a well-located, comfortable apartment with helpful hosts.

Points positifs : I loved the property — it looked exactly like it did in the photos. The apartment is well-planned and fully equipped; it has everything you could possibly need. The host left coffee, tea, and water for us. The check-in instructions were very detailed and easy to access, and the hosts were responsive and supportive. The location of the apartment is wonderful, very close to the main attractions in Paris. We mostly walked everywhere and rarely needed a taxi. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and a market is also very close.

Points négatifs : The only issue we had was with the bathroom sink — the water wasn’t draining properly. We texted the owner, and she immediately gave us instructions on how to fix it.

Beautiful little apartment in a perfect area of Paris!

Points positifs : The location was perfect and it was so easy to access! It was also lovely to have more than just a bedroom and there was great amenities, storage and aesthetics!

Points négatifs : Because it is on the main floor you can’t open the window so it was a bit stuffy and the shower didn’t drain well.
