Points positifs : An ideal place to stay if you prefer small apartments. Very safe area with alot of close by shops and close to OECD HQ (8 minutes walk). The noise that comes from the water pressure when you turn on the water be it in the shower, bathroom or kitchen does get some getting use it. Other than that, I will definitely book this place again. Very very accommodating owner (thank you so much) and cleaner who was already waiting there for me.

Points positifs : It’s a tiny but extremely well equipped (it has absolutely everything one needs, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, even a vacuum cleaner!) and nicely decorated place. The location is excellent, in a very nice, safe and clean part of Paris, in a beautiful building. I would rate 10 if it weren’t for very long hairs on the bed sheets (which were otherwise impeccably clean). Also there is a very good coffee machine and there were 3 capsules left for me BUT it was the wrong capsules. In the morning, surprise surprise, capsules did not fit. I went and bought the right ones but it’s I found it really strange. So, there is a bit of a problem with the cleaning service… The owner is extremely nice, flexible and responsive. Thank you very much!

Quiet and nicely designed studio in Paris 16

Points positifs : Great stay in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Safe quiet accessible neighborhood. Well equipped clean space. Nicely designed.

Points négatifs : Few stairs before and after the lift. Closing the door by slamming it was noisy and not practical. Could use soap for washing machine, or few complimentary espresso capsule, or a bottle of water...

Уютный апартамент в хорошем округе

Points positifs : Останавливались с 13-17 октября 2024 г. Удобное расположение, рядом в 40 метрах автобусная остановка, 350 метров до метро. В округе много различных кафе, продуктовых магазинов, аптек. Спокойный район, вечером тихо. Апартамент находится в жилом доме на 6 этаже (есть лифт), довольно небольшой по площади, но это видно и в описании при бронировании (15 м3). Есть всё необходимое, совершенно новая посуда, кофемашина и запас капсул к ней, плита и духовая печь, утюг, стиральная машина. В апартаментах тепло, есть регулируемые батареи.

Points négatifs : Ключи подвезли очень быстро, но сложности были с нахождением на этаже самого апартамента. На двери нет никаких обозначений и сложно сама дверь открывалась. Нет вида из окна (вид на внутренний двор), нет моющих для стиральной машины, не было запасных пакетов для мусора. На 4 ночи оставили 2 маленькие бутылочки геля для душа, не было жидкого мыла, пришлось самим всё покупать.
