Points positifs : Super accueil de la propriétaire avec une bonne bouteille de vin et des bons biscuits offerts. Emplacement à 200 m de Rivoli de la tuilerie et au calme dans une cour carrée.

Points négatifs : Le sommier clip clap on sent trop les lattes et le matelas beaucoup trop mou. Il faudrait prévoir un matelas beaucoup plus épais.

Points positifs : If you are simply looking for accommodation to sleep in, while being located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, right next to the Louvre, and want to explore the city easily, this place is perfect for you. The accommodation was clean and warm, and we did not need extra blankets even though it was mid-December. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay (shampoo, toilet paper, towels, slippers), as well as sparkling water and wine. Access to the accommodation is via an elevator, and coming from Beauvais Airport was easy by taking the Aerobus and changing two metro lines. The bathroom is not located inside the same room; however, this was not an issue at all, as it was right next door, and we were alone on the loft floor. Whenever we needed Ms. Laure, she was always willing and happy to help.

Great stay right in the city

Points positifs : Perfect location - well prepared with ability to cook or enjoy a relaxing coffee in bed. situated on the 6th floor well away from others, secure, has a little lift if needed, exceptional. Contact with the host when needed, extremely welcoming and pleasant

super location and quiet place

Points positifs : I came to Paris for the first time. the landlord texted the password for the door on the street, but I couldn't find the door. location details should be written more

Points négatifs : there is also a shower in the room, but the door is not closed. maybe it's my fault, but I didn't know the toilet was communal. there was dust in certain places in the room, it triggered my allergies a little.

Perfect Location

Points positifs : fantastic location, 3 minutes walk from Tuilleries Metro. Great value. Compact room. Perfect base for exploring Paris. Exceptionally helpful host.
