Points positifs : Hacene était à l’heure et il a donné toute les informations concernant l’appartement. L’appartement est très vaste et bien adapté.
Points négatifs : Il faudrait voir à faire un tri dans la vaisselle, chaudrons, ustensiles. Il y a des plats de cuisson qui sont rouillés, d’autres qui en très mauvais état. Assiettes, verres et tasses tous dépareillés. Changer la cafetière, il y a des dosettes mais pas de cafetière appropriée. Réparer la lumière du réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas. Il y a seulement un linge pour essuyer la vaisselle, nettement insuffisant. Bref un peu décevant côté cuisine, même pour un court séjour.

Super séjour dans l’appartement Dombasle!
Points positifs : Bel emplacement dans un petit passage tranquille, près de la station de métro Convention, beaucoup de commerces à proximité.

Points positifs : The flat itself is lovely, spacious and beautiful. You can already have a lot beautify pictures with the house itself. The kitchen is very convenient to use. The location is great with a supermarket just 400m away. There are also a few good restaurants around. Plus, there are even some local markets on Saturday and Sunday which can bring some enjoyable experience to you about local life. The wifi in the house seems can't cover all rooms, especially the two sleeping rooms far away from the living room, I think basically they are without wifi.
Points négatifs : There was a communication issue. We communicated in emails beforehand and we had notified the host about late check-in and paid the late check-in fee with which we expected someone to wait at the property and help us to check in. 2 days before our trip we received an email from the host with check-in password provided. Seemed all set and we didn't reply to that email though. On the day (1 June) when we arrived, there was no one waiting for us for the check-in, and the check-in code provided was wrong. We finally got in after calling the emergency number. I was blamed by the host that I didn't response to their confirmation message. Later I noticed that the confirmation message was sent to me on 1 June when I was already on the flight (We started our trip on 1 June early morning in Asia, and then 17 hours flight, and hence I missed this message). I don't feel happy with this communication issue and the way that the host managed this issue.

The perfect place for our diverse group of 4 adults to stay-- beautiful, spacious, quiet and private
Points positifs : Breakfast was not included as there was a full, lovely kitchen. Nice local markets were nearby to purchase groceries. I loved the French country antique furniture! Everything about the home was very, very attractive. The library was impressive. There was even an electric piano which my son enjoyed playing! The number of bedrooms and amount of spacious was marvelous! The large private terrace was fabulous. The large windows and doors provided plentiful fresh air! Everything was so perfect that it was hard to make one leave to sightsee! The neighborhood was quiet and charming. Metro was convenient.
Points négatifs : The water pressure in the shower was poor. There were a lot of stairs which would be a problem for small children or elderly. There was no air conditioning which was not a problem in late May but could be if it had been any warmer time of the year... Small point, but there should have been 3 times more toilet paper and tissue provided for 4 guests! This should not be difficult for the landlord to provide! Overall, we were thrilled with the place for 4 adults!!
