Happy and peacefull

Points positifs : I m in the apartement from 1st September till 17th October 2024. So im still inside. Apartment is confortable and the building and lady that is working in the building is very friendly and wanted to take my post in her letter box. The part of the city is very near by walk to every turistic destination but is also far away enough that we can live every day life and feel that is not crouded. Beautiful park Monceau is 10 minutes walk. It is old construction from 19th or beggining of 20th century with very tall ceiling and we feel freedom and peace in the apartement. We can hear the noise of the neigbours upstairs walking in their apartement but it is also charming .. Also people downstairs can hear me and my children but I think that people are used to it in this kind of old construction apartments. For short stay and also for longer stay it is very good choise.

Points négatifs : The dishes in the kitchen are scratched and old, The refrigerator is old, the shelves are broken and it is cracked, so the ice is spreading inside the refrigerator and it is constantly wet inside, The plates are cracked and the deep plates are missing. There are not enough blankets, only two for 4 of us, and it has become cold. I bough one more blanket to have it. So I recommend to the owner to restore the dishes and to throw away all scratched pans and pots, these are dangerous to health. For the price he rents the apartement - he can by the dishes and the new fridg just investing 2 or 3 days of renting.

Points positifs : Excellent location. There are many great cafes and a real Parisian atmosphere nearby.

Points négatifs : There is a problem - there are no handles in chests of drawers and cabinets with which you can open the doors.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und toller Lage.

Points positifs : Sehr gute Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht, auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ausreichend Stauraum, Kleiderbügel, Decken, Kissen. Der Aufzug ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

Points négatifs : In der Küche lag eine Abstellglasplatte, unter der sich deutlich sichtbarer Schmutz befand. Das war sehr unangenehm und musste zuerst gereinigt werden. Aus der oberen Wohnung war jeder Schritt zu hören, was manchmal störte. Jedoch war es nachts ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war schwierig. Auf E-Mails kam keine Rückmeldung, daher wusste man nicht, ob Nachrichten angekommen sind.

Appartamento fantastico, in zona comoda e molto pulito.

Points positifs : La facilità di comunicazione con la struttura. La pulizia e l'appartamento in sè, tenuto bene, fornito di tutto e in un contesto davvero bello.

Points négatifs : nulla

Buen apartamento, limpio, céntrico y bien comunicado

Points positifs : La situación es muy buena, en pleno centro y perfectamente comunicado

Points négatifs : Los sofá-cama eran bastante malos, muy incómodos.

Wspaniały apartament, atmosfera wielkiego Paryża końca XIX w, 10 min. spacerkiem od Place Vandome!

Points positifs : Doskonała lokalizacja. Spacerkiem do Place Concorde.
