Comfortable and nice apartment

Points positifs : Communication with host is fast and responsive. There are a lot of amenities in the apartment and all of them work fine. The sofa bed is really comfortable. The apartment clean and neat. The location is convenient with several metro stations close by.

Spacious studio in Le Marais, well-appointed and perfectly located. Highly recommend!

Points positifs : What a wonderful stay in the heart of Le Marais… so perfectly located in the midst of this beautiful city. The studio itself is great: Well-appointed, very spacious, airy with lots of light. Comfy sofa bed, bathtub and hot shower, washer and dryer! And just as awesome was the management team who walked me through booking, arrival and departure.. true sweethearts and class-acts. Hope to be back to visit one day, will definitely stay here again!

Points positifs : Мне понравилось все: квартира большая, хорошее отопление, горячая вода, удобный матрас!, Netflix, отличная локация- до любой достопримечательности 15-20 минут легкой прогулки по красивым улицам, в шаговой доступности тысячи ресторанов на любой вкус. Также здорово, что в квартире все есть- от мыла, до порошка. Обязательно буду рекомендовать.

とてもよかったです。

Points positifs : とても広くて心地の良い部屋でした。お湯もちゃんと出るし、暖房もしっかりしています。賑やかな地区で、食べるところも買い物するところもたくさんありますが、中庭側なのでとて静かです。キッチンの設備もランドリーの設備もいいので、安く滞在できます。

Points négatifs : これは仕方がないことだと思うのですが、中庭に電気が付いていなくて暗いです。階段も古いので、パリのアパルトマン慣れていないと最初は少しびっくりするかもしれません。ただ、携帯の懐中電灯で照らせばいいことなので、私はすぐに慣れました。

Excellent and terrific location.

Points positifs : Very cozy apartment, and exactly what I needed! Location was by two major lines. Hosts were extremely communicative and prompt in their replies. Excellent experience. Those booking should know that this apartment is up two flights of somewhat narrow spiral stairs, but that was not a problem.
