Superb Family Apartment

Points positifs : Large modern family apartment in safe area. Tastefully designed decor. Walk easily to shops, park, restaurants and metro station. Well equiped kitchen and washer/dryer great for families, games and books, tea and coffee provided. Hosts were very responsive, good instructions for entry and allowed us early checkin. Thank-you very much my family with older teenagers loved our stay!

Points positifs : דירה מושלמת! מיקום מרכזי ונגיש לכל האתרים בלב המארה. מצד שני הדירה פנימית ושקטה מאוד. הדירה מרווחת ומעוצבת בסגנון מודרני ויפה. יש שלושה חדרי שינה גדולים, ובכל אחד מהם ארון. בנוסף יש שתי מקלחות ושני חדרי שירותים. הדירה נקייה מאוד ומאובזרת היטב, עם מטבח שיש בו כל מה שצריך לבישול. דיוויד, בעל הדירה, אדיב, מקסים ומתחשב. הדירה קרובה לתחנת המטרו ולשפע של חנויות ומסעדות. הצ'ק-אין פשוט וקל. מומלץ בחום! אנחנו משוכנעים שבביקור הבא שלנו בפריז נשמח להתארח בדירה הזו שוב.

Almost perfect stay in a beautiful spot. Just needed clearer check-in info and a smaller deposit.

Points positifs : We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location couldn’t be better, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, designer boutiques, and supermarkets. It’s also just a short walk from the Louvre which my mother enjoyed walking every day. Overall, it made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable lounge area that was perfect for relaxing after long days out. They also provided a coffee machine with k-cups too, which made our mornings so much nicer, especially when we could enjoy coffee by the windows that overlook their peaceful courtyard. It also felt very safe and quiet, which we really appreciated.

Points négatifs : Our only hiccup was at check-in, when the door code provided didn’t work and it proved difficult to reach the host at first. After several attempts (and some international calls), a kind neighbour came to our rescue and helped us get in. Once inside, everything went smoothly. One thing to keep in mind is the sizeable security deposit ($1,000 USD), which initially felt a bit daunting since this was my first time having to leave a four-digit deposit. I'm used to typical deposits of around $200-500 for hotels and rentals, so I was pretty skeptical about why it was so high. That said, it was returned quickly without any issues, so no complaints there.

Great location to feel like a local!

Points positifs : The location was great! It is close to the train and walking distance to the river. There are many shops and restaurant nearby - including the market at Marche Des Enfants Rouges. We especially enjoyed ending our long days with a game of cards around the table in the large living room with a glass of wine, some cheese and bread.
