Points positifs : Magnifique appartement avec équipement moderne et décoration très élégante. Très spacieux et lumineux, c’était à chaque fois un plaisir d’y rentrer.

Points négatifs : En arrivant, il faisait froid dans l’appartement et il a fallu environ 24h de chauffage pour trouver une température agréable. Il faisait -5 degrés à l’extérieur.

Points positifs : Great location, comfortable apartment, clear instructions on accessing it, very clean and cozy

Points négatifs : There was a small hiccup with the sofa that didn’t unfold but the host was kind enough to come and fix it within an hour

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

Points positifs : We stayed in the flat as a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment is in a great location, right in the centre of Paris, and only a few minutes walk to so many cafes/restaurants. The apartment itself is beautiful decorated with a Scandi style design, very clean, minimalistic and chic. The bed/sofa bed was very comfortable.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately given the location, it can be quite noisy at night time particularly on the weekend as the apartment is right above a bunch of bars/restaurants. This is understandable how central it is but potentially it could be useful to invest in more soundproofing. There was also a slight mix up with the cleaning/check in schedule but this was resolved as soon we spoke to the property manager who swiftly sent a cleaner + new towels/sheets.

Adecuada relación calidad -Precio

Points positifs : Cama cómoda, ducha agradable, menaje del apartamento suficiente para lo que uno necesita. Está bien comunicado. EL barrio en el que se encuentra tiene mucha vida.

Points négatifs : Creo que en el baño hace falta alguna estantería para colocar las cosas. No hay sitio para sacar nada del neceser.
