Points positifs : L'appartement est très agréable, il est aménagé avec goût. Au calme il est près du métro. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, les attentions d'Evan avec qui il est facile de communiquer.

Gorgeous property in an excellent location.

Points positifs : Absolutely lovely apartment, excellent location. Really nice touches like toiletries, bottles of water and a chocolate waiting for us on arrival. Modern and well designed. Everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Points négatifs : Nothing about the property. There was a mix up either the access code but soon resolved.

Excellent Studio, location & Host

Points positifs : Had everything we needed even little extras for cooking. Complimentary bottle of water, little chocolates & bathroom pack was a very nice thought. Bed was very comfortable as was the lounge for watching TV. Loved how close it was to the Train station (about 100m ) & a nice bread/cake shop 30m away on the corner & a little grocery store that sold a bit of everything including well priced alcohol about 70m from studio. The Host was very prompt with replies & was very helpful with any questions I asked not only about the property but transport & other information concerning Paris itself.

Points négatifs : There really wasn't anything to not like about the property

Points positifs : The apartment is very cosy, clean in the heart of the 13th Arr, Paris. It was very well equipped. The heating worked perfectly. The interaction with the host was excellent and replied each time within minutes. A perfect place to stay in the heart of Paris. Evan was perfect host and allowed entry into the apartment slightly before 15:00 as I had a video conference. I will definitely return the next time I am in Paris.

とても快適に過ごすことができました。次回も泊まりたいと思います。

Points positifs : 写真の通り綺麗な設備で快適に過ごすことができました。駅からも3分程度で、金曜日は駅前で市場も開催されますし小さめスーパーとパン屋さんが近くにあり買い物も困りませんでした。

Points négatifs : システム上しょうがないことだと思いますが、現地の入口と鍵の開け方が当日の夜中に連絡が来ていて早めにわかればありがたかったです。今回はこちらが気がつくのが遅れたが悪かったのですが、宿泊する方は予約サイトからの通知をonにすることと、こまめに予約サイトの確認をすることをおすすめします。

Points positifs : La decoració és molt fresca, moderna i neta. Tot net. És petit, però molt ben pensat: t'hi sents còmode. Al llit s'hi dorm bé. El barri és tranquil i tens un forn a tocar per comprar els croissants i el pa de l'esmorzar. L'Evan ho té tot molt ben organitzat.

Points négatifs : Els llums: cal explicar com funciona, perquè no tothom hi està acostumat (a nosaltres ens va costar). Falta un ganivet del pa :). Queda apartat del centre (30-40 min a peu), però el barri és bonic i segur, amb tot de grafitis interessants; ens va agradar. Pensàvem que tindríem pati, i és només l'entrada a l'apartament, però des de dins es veu bonic.
