Points positifs : We stayed at this wonderful apartment as a group of seven—two adults and five children aged 12–14—and it was absolutely perfect for our stay. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable for a family or group of this size. Everything was spotless. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, with excellent pillows and very nice bedding, which made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt a genuine sense of hospitality—the home has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is outstanding, right next to the Eiffel Tower and within a very short distance of the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. A big thank you to the hosts for their kindness, constant communication, and support throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place!

A very memorable place to stay in Paris with family

Points positifs : Very near to Effiel Tower area & other tourist attraction areas. Ground floor property & with unique underground room.

Points négatifs : Nil

Points positifs : Location was so good. There were quite a few bakeries, grocery stores, and similar places around it. I had read that people generally complain about the room on the lower floor, but I don't think there would be any issues if it were only used for sleeping. (For people without health problems such as asthma, etc.) The fact that it was on the ground floor was perfect for a family like ours with a large wagon stroller and a 65-year-old traveler.

Points négatifs : I didn't receive a response to the messages I sent before my stay. About 1-2 days before my stay, I received regular messages from them in 4 different languages. Therefore, I have doubts about the host's English proficiency. I felt like they were just sharing messages they had automatically prepared.

Points positifs : This is a great place to stay only 2-3 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower and also on the ground floor. Beautiful location two Asian restaurants and one small grocery shop next to accommodation in same street. Many others restaurants and bars. Temporary parking is front of the accommodation and 24 hours underground parking only in 30 euros is only 1 minute walk from accommodation. Thank you very much for having us.

A great little apartment right in the heart of the city

Points positifs : The location was fantastic - it was literally walking distance to everything. By everything I meant everything including grocery stores, restaurants and all the must see sights. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean. The check in instructions sent via video was very informative and easy to follow.

Points négatifs : The room on the bottom had a funny smell. The air filter kept stopping.

Had a quick trip through Paris and this aparent.was located perfectly! With the Eiffel a short walk away

Points positifs : Super well situated. Perfect location. Easy. Clean. Details looked after as in towels, shower soap, Bin bags etc. Appreciated.

Points négatifs : Just sad there was just one wine glass (though we were two adults) and three wine bottle openers, but two broken and the third one quite tough to use.
