Points positifs : Appartement fonctionnel,serviettes de toilettes en nombre, nécessaire de toilette également, beaucoup de charme et très bien placé.
Points négatifs : Juste la présence de condensation aux fenêtres qui crée malheureusement des traces de moisissures, dommage pour ce beau petit logement.

Beau séjour en famille
Points positifs : Appartement propre et confortable. Une cuisine fonctionnelle avec une grande casserole (pratique pour une famille), une machine à café...La literie est confortable (même le canapé lit). La localisation est très pratique. Il y a le métro, la boulangerie et un monoprix à proximité. Le jardin des plantes est en face de l'appartement. Grand ascenseur. Communication facile avec l'hôte. Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de rideaux occultants et c'est une grande ville donc prévoir les boules quies! Il manque aussi un égouttoir pour la vaisselle.

Points positifs : L’emplacement près de la bastille, le métro est proche, rue avec restauration proche et commodité immédiate…
Points négatifs : Les travaux du métro nous obligeant à prendre la station d’à côté …

All you need for a family of 4 in a perfect location and clean warm apartment.
Points positifs : Perfect location opposite the Jardin des plantes, métro a stones throw away. Sofa bed is big enough for 2 adultes and very comfortable as is the double bed. Heating works great so lovely and warm and kitchen fully equipped. Great host, always available for any questions even about local restaurants. Super easy check in and out, honestly cannot fault the place, process or location! Gem for 3 nights with the family.

nice apartment just in front of jardin des plantes!
Points positifs : Super nice and tidy apartment, 1 min by walk to METRO and RER, there are also some restaurants but if you walk 10 min you are next to the Sorbonne University where there are cute bulangeries. The Jardin des Plantes just across the street (where for kids there’s also a playground).
Points négatifs : It is a very essential apartment, I would suggest to put some more shelves, shoes rack, coat hanger, some more cups maybe, 2 more chairs next to the table instead of the bench. The sofa bed isn’t that comfortable, and being next to the hospital also means that during the day but also during nights you can constantly hear the ambulance sirens, and as for me that I have a very sensitive hearing was a bit uncomfortable.

Exceeded expectations
Points positifs : Perfect location to explore Paris, especially Marais and Latin Quarter. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Nice bathroom. Would book again.
Points négatifs : A/C wasn’t available or not working at the time, but fans were enough to keep things cool.

Points positifs : The immediate and useful, superior support and help regarding whatever topic was the topic, given by accommodation's team was way far beyond the expectations. Not only good value for the money, but much more.
Points négatifs : Public works everywhere... but this is all over Paris and especially at the good locations

It was fantastic! The distance to the Jardin du plants and the quai make it great for a visit with kids (and without).
Points positifs : Location was great and it was very clean. Host was very responsive and helpful.
Points négatifs : It’s missing some hangers and wall hooks to leave jackets and other clothes in daily use. Other than that all good!
