Super séjour dans un endroit super bien situé
Points positifs : Tout etait tres bien, bonne communication et hote réactif 2 ventilateurs disponibles dans l'appartement toujours appréciable, surtout en période de fortes chaleurs

Great stay in the 11th
Points positifs : Lovely location in the 11th- Republic/Oberkampf, a lively yet safe area. Two metro stations a couple of streets away. Really spacious and clean apartment. Looks just like the photos. It has a lift! Well ventilated, couple of fans too, large clean fridge, decent kitchen with cutlery and crockery… I could go on. Massive smart TV too, just sign into your Neflix or better still, bring your Firestick. Apartment is not overlooked by neighbours windows. Overall a great stay. Tip-the fob opens all external doors, no codes needed.
Points négatifs : Pillows were pretty flat 😕. And yes, like a previous reviewer noted there’s a socket slightly loose in the room- but it’s not a deal breaker, simply don’t use it, loads of other sockets, and it wasn’t unsafe.

Excellent location, comfortable amenities. Needs some attention to electricals and lights.
Points positifs : Location was excellent. Many Metro and Bus lines close at Place de la Republique. Lift access was good.
Points négatifs : Key pickup code didn't work. Had to return later and ring up to get another code which worked. Toilet fan switch was on the ceiling! Need a note to inform of this and lucky I am not a pygmy, otherwise I would need a broomstick to turn it on/off. There are insufficient lights in both the living and bedroom. Can't read in either room unless it's daylight. Shower taps are installed upside down and there are screws protruding from the wall near the floor which could result in injury if person fell. The most dangerous thing is the electrical outlets. In the bedroom the power point is not secure exposing live wires which could kill someone. Same for the power point in the broom cupboard in the living room - exposed wires. Other power points not very secure. Washing machine was left with a full load of water in it. When we went to use it and opened the door the water spilled out all over the floor. Apart from all that all else was good.

Agentura zastupující pronajímatele byla velmi vstřícná a reagovala rychle.
Points positifs : Adresa je výborná, blízko Place de la République, skvělé dopravní spojení do mnoha směrů. Pár metrů od domu výborně zásobený supermarket. Vybavení kuchyně i bytu bylo vyhovující, se vším potřebným. Topení bylo snadno ovladatelné,
Points négatifs : Některé vypínače nefungovaly, několik zásuvek také ne - zejména v ložnici to byl trochu problém. Postel byla poněkud měkká, ale pohodlná.

Great location and well organized apartment. Enjoyed my stay.
Points positifs : The apartment was well organized and clean. Everything worked. Location is fantastic; one of my favorite in Paris.
Points négatifs : I received instructions late as to how to get inside the apartment. The host company – GuestReady —provided everything once they knew of my issue ; very responsive. My flight arrived very early so I had to wait around until 15:00. Some of the art in the apartment is darkly interesting, eccentric. But overall the apartment is comfortable.

A cozy Parisian apartment, offering immersion into the culture through its great location and rustic feel
Points positifs : The apartment is a very nice and cozy Parisian apartment. It’s in a great location, very close to the metro and lots of great restaurants and bars. Overall, it is a great place to relax and be immersed into the Parisian culture.
Points négatifs : It is a little rustic and needs some maintaining… but if you are traveller who knows you are not paying for a 4 or 5 star hotel, then you will still be beyond joyful with your stay at this property

Wyjątkowo przyjemny, również ze względu na świetną pogodę pobyt w Paryżu.
Points positifs : Lokalizacja znakomita w bardzo miłej dzielnicy, kamienica z prawdziwą paryską duszą, klimatem, apartament bardzo przyjemny, komfortowy, zadbany, w pełni wyposażony we wszystko, co niezbędne podczas nawet dłuższego pobytu w Paryżu.
Points négatifs : Nie znalazłyśmy żadnych minusów.
