Points positifs : Appartement agréable et très bien équipé pour un long séjour. Localisation très pratique : à deux pas de la gare Montparnasse et du métro. Quartier très vivant avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Hôte très sympathique et réactif.

Points négatifs : It could be a little larger, but then this is Paris! Perfect for 1 person, probably of for 2 for a short stay The common areas deserve a light refresher (carpet)!

Parisian studio in a very good location.

Points positifs : Location was great. I explored by walking but also the studio is close to metros. It is a nice studio that I stayed in for 3-weeks and I would definitely return. Tree lined boulevards & lovely parks - I walked to the Luxembourg Gardens on a few occasions. Reasonably quiet environment in a block of appartments that had the comings and goings of everyday life. The studio suited my needs. I quite loved it.

Points négatifs : All was good. I spoke with Eric about one minor issue regarding pillows that he immediately addressed. Therefore I was happy for the duration of my stay. I recommend this studio in Paris. In fact, I felt at home and I was happy there.

Clean and cozy with all you need provided

Points positifs : Nice cozy apartment with excellent equipment and full-scale kitchenette allowing for both breakfast or romantic dinner. Apartment location is brilliant with easy public transport access or nice walk straight to the center of the city. Owner of the apartment is extremely nice and helpful. Very responsive. We have been kindly allowed for later check-out, which was helpful for our late flight.

Points négatifs : One small thing was little privacy of the bathroom, with the sliding door instead of properly closing.

Fidatevi di Erik, è un ottimo host

Points positifs : Ordinata, pulita e con tutto il necessario per soggiornare in tranquillità. Posizione ottima, centrale, con tanti negozi alimentari (Lidl, Monprix) e bistrot dove poter cenare.

Points négatifs : Solo la scala di accesso al palazzo, andrebbe tenuta meglio.
