Grand appartement avec super emplacement à Paris

Points positifs : Super emplacement dans le Marais, à proximité de divers points touristiques de Paris à pied, proche du métro et autres transports publics. L’appartement est bien équipé, sympa et grand pour 6 personnes. Il est situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Accueil très bien avec remise des clés en main propre.

Points négatifs : L’appartement commence à vieillir notamment les fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue ne sont plus hermétiques donc mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique (mais avec les radiateurs, nous avions eu chaud dans l’appartement, c’est + une question d’énergie/faire attention). À noter aussi que le canapé qui se déplie dans le salon n’est plus tout jeune donc il est creusé au milieu !

Bel appartement et très bien situé dans Paris

Points positifs : J'ai aimé la ponctualité de Steve qui nous attendais à l'appartement pour la remise de la clef de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien et il est très bien situé.

Points négatifs : Rien à signaler de problématique. Je tiens à prévenir les touristes de faire très attention aux pickpockets agissant dans le métro, un portefeuille ayant été volé à mon père, le dernier jour de notre séjour lors du retour du musée de l'armée et des lnvalides. Bien entendu cela n'a aucun rapport avec la qualité de l'appartement que nous avons apprécier mais je tenais à le signaler.

Excellent location, photos to show entrance to property

Points positifs : This location is excellent. Right in the middle of the bustle of Paris with such a great vibe, lots of restaurants and cool pubs. There was cooking facilities if you wanted to save money and close to grocery stores. It was very close to the metro train stations. Agent very helpful in showing us features of property.

Points négatifs : It was much smaller than I expected but given in the heart of a top location not surprising. The main negative was trying to find the property. The name of the property just took us to the area. There was absolutely no signage out the front. My phone would not work to call the contact number. It was by sheer chance that in desperation I sent a message via booking.com and the agent came out and found us on the street as only 4 people looking lost with suitcases. My photos are to show where it is. The restaurants beside , the grey door entrance and sign above door.

Great location albeit a little old

Points positifs : Location is amazing Has the essentials Good communication

Points négatifs : Strange damp smell in the gjest room. Slight confusion/miscommunication about check in/key locations. The place is a little dated and there was no diswashing liquid left (the host was quite attentive at replacing things though so may have been an oversight)

I would come back if we were only 4 persons travelling.

Points positifs : It was spacious and the location was perfect. The apartment is old but nice - Parisienne style. however the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

Points négatifs : Nothing except the sofa bed in the living room.

Perfekt för 6 personer på långweekend. Nära och centralt till allt

Points positifs : Läget, lugnt och tryggt område, nära metro, shopping, mat och sevärdheter

Points négatifs : Bäddsoffan var inte toppen men ok.

Points positifs : Läget. Atmosfären. Espresso maskinen Nära till Carrefour matvarubutik, nära till bageri och slakteri. Nära till metro.

Points négatifs : Rangligt och svajigt köksbord.

Alt i alt var opholdet perfekt og jeg vil sikkert bo der næste gang vi skal til Paris.God lejlighed til prisen

Points positifs : Der var god plads og rolige omgivelser. Jeg kan varmt anbefale lejligheden og værten var meget behjælpelig.

Points négatifs : Sovesofaen var ikke så god at ligge på, men det er de vel aldrig.

Beliggenhed, beliggenhed, beliggenhed - og nemt at komme ind i lejligheden.

Points positifs : Der var både dørkode og nøgleboks. Vi kunne selv tjekke ind. Beliggenhed, beliggenhed, beliggenhed. Der var en tepotte!

Points négatifs : Der var ikke meget plads i dagligstuen, når sovesofaen blev brugt. Der manglede mørke gardiner i dagligstuen i forbindelse med brug af sovesofa, men også fordi, der var en glasvæg med et let gardin mellem dagligstue og soveværelset med dobbeltsengen.
