Points positifs : l'appartement est bien situé et correspond aux photos. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Grande douche à l'italienne. Le check-in se fait de manière autonome : on doit récupérer les clefs dans un magasin à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement, puis les redéposer au même endroit en partant.

Points négatifs : La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dit à l'hôte que la télé ne fonctionnait pas (problème de connexion au Wifi, je pense qu'ils n'ont pas payé d'abonnement télévisuel. Mais comme ils ont quand même une télévision, ils peuvent le mettre sur Booking comme un plus...). Bref, elle essaie de nous appeler mais nous étions indisponibles. Nous la rappelons plus tard et depuis 0 nouvelles. Je lui ai demander quand faire le check-out et c'est le silence absolu depuis....

Très bel endroit, bien situé, bon séjour et propriétaire réactif

Points positifs : Le séjour était très agréable, farine a été présente lorsque nous avions eu besoin d’elle sans problème elle est très réactive. L’emplacement du logement est idéal et dans un quartier calme avec des commerces à proximité et une très bonne boulangerie. Nous sommes très contents du moment passé et la petite a pu se baigner dans la piscine ce qui rajoute un plus. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Points positifs : The place is perfect, location is good, but we spent most of our time cleaning up a bad water leak, the lady promised to give us a night for free, but we didn't receive it, My husbands new trousers were ruined because as he turned the water off under the sink a bottle of bleach fell over and the lid was not on the bottle, so it stained his chino trousers. Nothing was offered to replace the pair, we had to come back early one night because the plumber could not turn on the water, then we had to wait in for the plumber to arrive, not the way I expect to spend my birthday weekend. It would have been better if they had proved compensation. We had to walk 15 mins down the street to pick up keys and drop them back off, good job we had no suitcases. We could not shower or use water for the whole time we was there, we got water on our last night there...So in all not a good experience.

Points positifs : Good location , safe area ,corect price ,easy acces on ground floor, not noisy like other reviews, comfortable bed as well! We had a great time, many thanks!

Lovely apartment in fantastic location. Ensure arrival instructions are sorted in plenty of time.

Points positifs : Lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was easy to walk to Lamarck- caulaincourt metro and there was a Carrefour and other shops very close by.

Points négatifs : It was situated on a ground floor and was a bit noisy- however this was weekend so probably due to people going out/ shouting along the street. Our only main issue was collecting the key from another property about a mile away when it says on the listing that it was to be collected from a box on site. After 2 days at eurodisney with children we were tired and so it was a bit difficult- if I had known before I could have made plans in preparation but I did not get arrival instructions until about 3pm when we were arriving that evening. However everything else was great- I think it would be a fantastic place for young couples or friends to stay.

Points positifs : Very well located, within 10 minutes walk to Sacre Coeur or Moulin Rouge, in an area full of restaurants, bars and boulangeries, close to both metro and bus stations. Larger than the usual apartments in Paris, we liked very much the fact that it has 2 bedrooms plus the living room. Very cozy, the host always available for any question we had, a good option for visiting Paris.

Points négatifs : The wi-fi connection did not work in the last 2 days of our stay, but it seems it was a general problem with the internet in the area.

Points positifs : Fantastic location. There is an abundance of lovely cafes, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Great transport links. The accommodation had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Highly recommend.

Points négatifs : Can’t fault it.

Points positifs : The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, near the metro station. It is newly renovated and very clean. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The internet works very well.

Points négatifs : It is on the ground flor with windows directly on the street.

Modern flat in Momtmartre

Points positifs : The apartment is very well located in Montmartre area. Located on ground floor on the outside of the building so it is great if you have luggage or reduced mobility. Very nice and modern bathroom.

Points négatifs : No windows that you can open, just street-facing glass walls. Only the essential appliances are available, if you plan to cook yourself, you might not find all you need. No dinner table nor chairs, just a coffee table around a sofa and high chairs.
