Points positifs : Location excellent: central for Nord/Est stations and Notre dame area sights, both within an easy walk. Plenty of shops nearby, including a supermarket, in an area that was lively without being noisy or seedy. A lovely, roomy apartment with well thought-out lighting and use of space. Kitchen well-equipped. Plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable. Instructions clear and accompanied by a video which meant no stress about the arrival

Points négatifs : Tiny things. No plug for the kitchen sink. The trim on the bottom of the kitchen cupboard kept falling off. But really... nothing

We have great days in Paris and enjoyed our stay.

Points positifs : Apartment was cozy, facilities were clean and comfy. Location is good, near metro. WiFi was good.

Points positifs : The apartment fit our family of 5 very well. We were provided ample towels for the shower. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of water in the fridge - it was a welcome surprise as we were thirsty and tired when we arrived. The location is excellent and easy to get to many Metro stations. There are excellent food options nearby as well. Highly recommend both Bistrot Leo and Brasserie Dubillot for dinner.

Points négatifs : A warning that the water was VERY HOT would be beneficial. Instructions for how to use the washer and stove would be a great idea. The hand soap was broken and low on supply.

Points positifs : the property was soo close to everything it was amazing, with everything you need to stay for a couple of days

Points négatifs : no scissors anywhere, and the closet in the bedroom was broken so that’s that.

Points positifs : Great location, walking distance from most major sites and a minute walk from nearest metro station.

Points négatifs : Very noisy at night from nearby apartments

Overall a good stay and a bargain given the location and state of the apartment.

Points positifs : It was cozy and everything was clean and up to code. I didn't expect to find a good apartment in the middle of Paris for this price.

Points négatifs : The sound isolation isn't super, so if there's a lot of noise on the street you will most likely hear it.
