Points positifs : L'appartement est très pratique, très simple d'accès pour rejoindre le RER B (critère prioritaire de choix pour cet appartement) et avec un très joli design.
Points négatifs : Appartement situé finalement au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. N'est pas facile d'accès pour les personnes ayant plusieurs bagages lourds. Ne pas avoir la possibilité de laisser les bagages en consignes est très désavantageux également, seule possibilité proposé: déposer les bagages à l'agence. Celle-ci se situe à une demi heure de l'appartement en bus avec compris 11min de marche ou prendre deux métros. Avec les bagages c'est encore une expédition.

Truly superb, and I would love to come back!
Points positifs : Excellent location in a small building on a quiet street but close to the best parts of the 5ème arrondissement with a street market, plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets and an RER and a metro station nearby. Beautiful property combining modern design, elegance and functionality. Very spacious room, with a large and pretty bathroom, ample closet space, a cool kitchenette and a lovely dining / working corner. Immaculately clean, quiet and feels very safe. The host is very responsive, and handled the situation efficiently when an IT hiccup did not allow us to complete our online check-in process.
Points négatifs : Everything worked very well. The building does not have an elevator, which we did not mind, but is not suitable for those who cannot climb a lot of stairs carrying their suitcases. A small suggestion to the host to add a bit more comfort: Please consider adding a towel hook in the bathroom and a soap holder or small shelf in the shower cabin.

Points positifs : I had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything went smoothly and just as expected. I didn’t encounter any issues or complications during my time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. I especially loved the design, modern, tasteful, and cozy at the same time. All the information I needed for a pleasant experience was provided in advance, which made everything really easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

I would definitely like to return to these apartments!
Points positifs : The apartments were as in the photos, new and modern, clean. Good location, close to the airport train station RER B, various buses, nearby the Luxembourg Garden. The apartments have everything you need for the kitchen, all household appliances worked. The bathroom was very large and you could use the bathtub. Plenty of closets to store things. It was possible to leave luggage at the host's hotel, which is half an hour away from the apartments. Very good service, communication with the manager. There was a small problem with using the key, but everything was quickly resolved. Everything was immediately explained and helped in a video call. They also offered to help someone come in person, but it was not necessary.
Points négatifs : A boiler is used for hot water, so you have to think about the consumption of hot water for bathing and showering. Perhaps a suggestion to place kitchen utensils such as knives lower in one of the cabinets.

Points positifs : De locatie, de ambiance, faciliteiten, snelheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel.
Points négatifs : Dat het warm water op was toen we het bad vulden en het bad halfvol was, dat we 4 trappen omhoog moesten naar de bovenste etage terwijl ik al spierpijn had en dat de dichtstbijzijnde garage 5 minuten lopen was én €45 per dag.

Points positifs : Отзывчивый и быстро реагирующий персонал. Новый ремонт
Points négatifs : Раковина в душевой была забита. Дверцы в душе закрывались не плотно, поэтому вода протекала на пол. Высокий этаж.

Hermoso estar en el 5ème en un apartamento nuevo, limpio y moderno.
Points positifs : La ubicacion es excelente y que todo esta nuevo, limpio y cómodo. Apartamento completo con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar, bañarte y descansar.
Points négatifs : 1) 4 pisos en escalera con las valijas es un problema. No es apto para personas mayores o con familias con niños. 2) La inflexibilidad del check in. Llegué a las 14h y el checkin formal es a las 16h. Habia pedido de entrar a las 15h y cuando accedi al apartamento con las llaves (facvil acceso) el apartamento estaba aun sin limpiar y la persona de la limpieza terminó a las 16h15 y yo estaba apurada por ir al baño y cambiarme para una cita. 3) haria falta un banco o escalerita pequeña para poder alcanzar las ollas, platos y vasos...estan muy altos y yo miro 1m65y no llegaba. Por esa razon no pude tomar ningun café de loa que ofrecía el apartamento.
