Points positifs : The accommodation is very conveniently located, very close to the subway station, only about 200 to 300 meters away. The room is also quite spacious, and the facilities are okay. The TV programs are very diverse. Le logement est très bien situé, très proche de la station de métro, seulement environ 200 à 300 mètres. La chambre est également assez spacieuse et les équipements sont corrects. Les programmes de télévision sont très variés.
Points négatifs : Both beds are large and quite comfortable, but they are unusually high off the ground, which is rather strange, and they cannot be lowered. Les deux lits sont grands et très confortables, mais ils sont anormalement hauts par rapport au sol, ce qui est plutôt étrange, et ils ne peuvent pas être baissés.

Points positifs : Les lits sont de belle qualité, matelas et draps. Studio intelligemment pensé et conçu. Lumineux et équipé de stores pour la nuit, même les deux velux. C'est parfait !
Points négatifs : Pas de torchon dans la cuisine.

Très bien
Points positifs : L'emplacement est idéal, au pied du jardin des plantes et à quelques minutes à pied de Notre Dame et du Quartier Latin. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants proches. Il est très calme aussi bien en journée que la nuit. Il est astucieusement aménagé. Nous n'avons pas cuisiné mais nous aurions pu, tout y est. Les lits sont assez hauts, il faut une certaine souplesse si on n'utilise pas l'échelle. :) . Les explications pour récupérer sont très claires et simples. Les échanges avec le propriétaire (par WhatsApp) étaient très courtois.
Points négatifs : Nous avons tout apprécié. .

Enjoyable stay with friend in spacious studio near metro station
Points positifs : Spacious quiet and easy to travel via metro or walking lots of local restaurants and bars and park close by with interesting plants and features
Points négatifs : Separate toilet had no wash basin having to pull down beds from height and were high from the ground after lowering needed steps to get in/out lacked information leaflets

Great location, great little apartment
Points positifs : Location, cleanliness, view, cosy. Restaurants, bars nearby. Metro line 3 min away. Really local feel.
Points négatifs : The pillows are too soft, and there is no support. I suffer a bit of back pain, and s more foamy pillows that actually holds your head would have been great.
