Very nice small apartment, close to Eiffel tower, metro station and many nice restaurants

Points positifs : This apartment is located very close to Eiffel tower park. Overall location is great - metro station 2 min walk. Benefit is very nice street full of restaurants, coffee shops and many others. We also used fully equipped kitchen and prepared nice food from local shops.

Points négatifs : Sleeping in the upper part of the apartment is accessible via stairs with a very low ceiling. I was informed about it ahead and agreed. This is only a hint for tall people to consider this fact :)

Points positifs : We spent several wonderful days as guests in this beautiful accommodation and never once regretted our choice. The location is excellent—just a few steps from a lively pedestrian street that has everything you could need: bakeries, restaurants, cheese and pastry shops, stores, and yet far enough away for the apartment itself to remain quiet. Inside, the apartment is fully equipped—every little detail has been thought of. There are all the necessary dishes and towels, kitchen utensils, as well as essentials like salt, oil, and pepper. Whenever we had the time, we enjoyed cooking at home and having breakfast in the cozy private patio, which looks exactly like in the photos! Communication with the hosts was also wonderful—it truly felt like visiting old friends, thanks to the warm welcome we received. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Points positifs : Excellent location. Super friendly and accommodating host. We loved the market right around the corner and the neighborhood in general with the Eifel tower within a 10 minute walk. The kitchen has everything you need to although we only heated up leftovers and used the coffee pods provided. Why would you cook with all of the premade options around the corner. The room is down steep, narrow stairs, so people with mobility issues will have a problem and going to the bathroom in the middle of the night is a challenge. The bed is good enough but squeaks when you move. Hey, you're in Paris in a great location. Nothing is perfect
