Très joli séjour
Points positifs : Il a été très facile de récupérer les clés chez un commerçant à quelques minutes de l'appartement. J'ai même pu récupérer les clés un peu plus tôt que prévu ce qui était très appréciable ! L'appartement est petit mais conforme à la description. La petite cuisine et la salle de bain sont bien équipées. Le clic clac fait le taff pour quelques jours. Et globalement l'appartement était bien propre et bien soigné. Globalement j'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans ce petit appartement typiquement Parisien ! La localisation est également top ! En plein cœur du 11e arrondissement !
Points négatifs : Une fois le lit ouvert il devient difficile de circuler dans la pièce. Ça n'est pas gênant quand on est seul, peut-être un peu plus si on vient à deux.

Points positifs : Newly refurbished flat in an old and characteristic courtyard of Paris, which in turn is located in a lively and multiethnic neighborhood of the city. The staff was responsive even in fhe small hours.
Points négatifs : Nothing serious but still worth mentioning (and easy to fix): In the first place I'd just recommend to repaint the ironwork of the window (taking care of the wooden rim too and watering the plant). Also, above the kitchen there was some clutter (the packaging of the new appliances) which could have been absent. Finally, there is a diswasher (with no dedicated detergent product), which is fine unless you are alone in which case you'd best handwash your things (in this case detergent is provided but no place where to leave the dishes etc. to dry; I had to use an extra towel).

Points positifs : The location is good and the neighbourhood is quite nice, there are a few cozy bars not far away
Points négatifs : The biggest minus with this property was the bed, it was’t very comfortable and it was really squeaky and loud. Also the wall are thin, so you can hear your neighbours.

Points positifs : Świetna lokalizacja, łatwy dojazd. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, łazienka również. Jedynie co trzeba brać pod uwagę jeżeli będą 2 duże walizy będzie ciasno. Dobre miejsce by zostać w Paryżu.
Points négatifs : Dostaliśmy 1 kołdrę na 2 osoby, ściany są cienkie więc słychać wszystkich sąsiadów.

Agradable y acogedora.
Points positifs : Me gusto lo acogedor que era, porque era perfecto para los pocos días que nos quedamos. Tenía las cosas necesarias para pasar unos días, como su baño propio, su cocina con todo para poder cocinar y con calefaccion que era muy necesaria.
Points négatifs : Se escuchaba mucho la cama, debido a que era de muelles y eso a la hora de dormir incomodaba un poco/mucho.

Agradable, todo muy bien!
Points positifs : La buena comunicación, zona con gastronomía variada, metro cerca a unos pasos ,la limpieza y utensilios todo muy bien todo estaba funcionando perfecto!
Points négatifs : El apartamento es cómodo pero un poco pequeño, deberían sustituir algunos muebles como la mesa y el armario por unos más pequeños que ocupen menos espacio estaría excelente!
