Points positifs : All was nice, flat same as on the pictures, very modern, clear instructions how to get in, maybe except that I could not find out that it is on a ground floor, but we tried first door with smart lock and all was solved. Appartment has a lot of accessories/well equipped and could not think of what else was needed. Would come again and recommend to friends.

Una estancia correcta

Points positifs : Es un apartamento muy bien ubicado, estaba todo súper limpio y nos dejaron un kit para poder limpiar sin tener que comprar nada adicional. Había gel y champú e incluso acondicionador proporcionado por el anfitrión. La calefacción se agradecía. Y lo bueno que tienen es que te responden a cualquier hora, ya sean las 3 PM que las 2 AM, tanto por mensaje como por llamada. Si sois 2 está perfecto, para más personas no lo recomiendo. El metro estaba súper cerca y conectaba con todos los sitios reseñables para ver en París, los supermercados también están cerca.

Points négatifs : Fue un horror poder coger las llaves. Estaban metidas en un aparato que requería una clave la cual cuando la tecleabas, no se abría. Tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con los que llevaban el apartamento en inglés, porque a pesar de que en la misma llamada te daban la posibilidad de comunicarte con un agente en español, luego te decían que en español no hablan. Por otro lado, la ducha... cumple su función pero se sale el agua por todos lados. El horno, funciona genial hasta que quisimos apagarlo. Lo pusimos a cero y no se apagaba, seguía calentándose y tuvimos que apagarlo desde el automático.

Points positifs : Lokalizacja lokalu w cichym miejscu. Parter. W lokalu znajdowały się opisane urządzenia, które w zupełności wystarczają do pobytu. W pobliżu metro, stacja pociągu, przystanki autobusowe, Lidl i kilka sklepów spożywczych, piekarnia. Łatwość dojazdu w wiele miejsc w Paryżu. Ciepło w lokalu, możliwość samodzielnego regulowania temperaturą.

Points négatifs : Stosunek ceny do jakości wyposażenia lokalu. Lokal powinien w zakresie wyposażenia tj. przedmioty kuchenne, wyposażenie salonu przejść renowację, odświeżenie - wymianę starszych rzeczy na nowsze.

Enjoyed our stay in Paris

Points positifs : Location near a supermarket, local groceries, boulangeries and especially Metro 4 is optimal. Nice having spices and basic cooking necessities available. Nice having the washing machine. The space heater was appreciated once I found it. Loved the heated, bathroom towel bar! The apartment building and neighborhood are generally quiet. I would stay here again.

Points négatifs : No hangers or hanging rack. We bought hangers and hung everything on the screen so we made it work. There was some street noise since it is on the ground floor, but easy to ignore.
