Points positifs : It's a very nice, freshly renovated apartment on a quiet street in a good location. Not super central but in a nice divers area with bakeries, shops, restaurants and Metro close nearby. Felt absolutely safe. The apartment has all the equipment you need. We especially appreciated the quality beds, which I think is really important when travelling. The host was always replying quickly, very friendly and treated us with a little welcome present. Overall an excellent experience!

Points négatifs : One of the 3 bedrooms is in the basement, which is cosy but a little humid. There was a dehumidifier provided which we used during the day, and had no problems. It could be an issue for someone who is especially sensitive...

Points positifs : The host was very friendly and patient. Our train from Marseille had delayed, but he patiently waited for us. Upon arrival he fully oriented us aroubd the house, explaining how everything works and all sorts of useful information. The wine, other beverages and biscuits were a really pleasant surprise. Thank you Oscar.

Points positifs : Bathrooms available in each of the three rooms was very nice. Restaurants, taxi stand, and metro all in 3 min walk. Quiet street at night and feels safe.

Excellent option for people looking to experience Paris outside of the tourist centers.

Points positifs : Located away from the crowded tourist-filled center of the city, the apartment is still close to cafes, bars, and the metro. The neighborhood is lively, but the apartment quiet and comfortable. Oliver was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Points négatifs : One bedroom and laundry are located on the lower level--stairs are steep and narrow.

Points positifs : Апартаментът е достатъчно голям за 6 човека, най-големият плюс е наличието на 3 отделни спални с баня към всяка от тях. Оборудването на апартамента е с всичко необходимо, комфортен е. Интернет връзката е много добра.

Points négatifs : Апартаметът е доста отдалечен от централните части, макар и близо до метро станция. Леглата в спалните са малки за 2 човека и първоначално нямаше налични отделни завивки. За щастие, хазяинът успя дя ни набави нужното количество. В банятя няма течен сапун и гел душ.
