Quelques ajustements à faire mais super séjour en famille!
Points positifs : L'emplacement du lieu était sympa, ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est tout à fait approprié à une famille avec un bébé, il est plutôt clair et sécurisé.
Points négatifs : Il faudra penser à déboucher les conduits car dans l'évier de la douche ainsi que la douche il y avait pas mal de remontées d'eau, aussi mauvais point concernant le matelas du lit qui s'enfonce en son centre et donc qui était inconfortable!!!

Séjour agréable, appartement non bruyant et très bien situé dans Paris
Points positifs : L'appartement est très bien situé. La décoration de l'apppartement est très joli.
Points négatifs : Le code de l'entrée de l'immeuble ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement un habitant de l'immeuble est arrivé pour nous ouvrir. Et dans le message d'accueil il n'était pas indiqué que la porte de l'entrée de l'immeuble se trouvait à gauche dans la cours et il ne faut pas prendre celle en face ! La table et le canapé commence à être usés.

Would recomend perfect value for money
Points positifs : Perfect location and very nice neighboorhood with everything nearby, shops supermarket bakery. Clean and modern with storage space very warm inside we were very comfortable inside. It also has all the amentities and close to all the main attractions.
Points négatifs : Even thought we booked for 4 people the sofa bed was not open and was told that we should request it before arrival to open the sofa bed, and we didn’t have an extra bedsheet to put on the sofa bed only the fitted sheet. We also wanted more toilet paper and the host did not provide additional.

Points positifs : It was safe self contained - clean and close to great Resturents - tidy and beds where really comfortable
Points négatifs : We struggled a little getting in and out with the code system - and the shower head is low - and you could only shower for 3mins before flooding the bathroom - but there is very good hair dressers close by just book in

Points positifs : Very Good location. Great to have space in the apartment and handy having a washing machine.
Points négatifs : No information (until we asked) where the clothes drying rack or the ironing board was stored. Perhaps helpful to have a note in the room. Access to the under bed storage not easy, sort of need two people to manage lifting out both items whilst holding up mattress and slat base. Hand held shower head instead of overhead shower, the shower recess also leaked. Mirrors weren’t clean and random hair in the bedding.

Paris is absolutely beautiful — I’d come back tomorrow if I could. An unforgettable experience!
Points positifs : Great central location, close to everything you need — metro, bus, and AMAZING bagels right next to the building (10/10 for breakfast). Communication with the host was excellent, with quick and helpful responses.

Points positifs : Great apartment, clean and modern with all required facilities. Close to shops, resturants and metro. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Points négatifs : Small issue with lockbox when collecting keys however this was resolved quickly by host.

Points positifs : A renovated and clean apartment, good location, places to visit within walking distance, there are many good restaurants and markets around
Points négatifs : Entry instructions were a bit inadequate. There is no number on the mailbox where you will get the key. You can find out which one from other numbers. After entering the outer door, we had difficulty finding which apartment and flat it was. It was not specified which block it was, There are three block (A,B,C). there was no door number. It is not very important but the instructions could be detailed. Thank you.

Tutto perfetto, Operá una garanzia
Points positifs : Tutto perfetto. Posizione perfetta per chi vuole stare al centro ma comunque in una zona tranquilla. Bilocale non troppo stretto, in quattro si stava comodi e non si soffrivano le dimensioni della stanza. Ottimo lo staff, al self check-in abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema risolto tramite chiamate e messaggi su whatsapp
