Fantastic trip in a lovely quiet apartment, Paris is very easy to get around using public transport.

Points positifs : Good apartment on the second floor, lift or stairs. Well back from a quiet street, in a gated courtyard. All the normal cooking & cleaning facilities. Big comfortable bed. Storage room with lots of shelves, drawers and hanging space. Separate Toilet/Bathroom, with a bath. Plenty of restaurants, takeaways and shops within a 5 minute walk. Multiple Bus, Train and Metro stops within 10 minutes walk. 5 minutes walk to the Arc De Triomphe, 20 minutes walk to the Trocadero overlooking the Eiffel Tower. 15 minutes by RER/Metro to Notre Dame.

Points négatifs : The apartment could have done with a little dusting, particularly in the storage room.

Good location but old apartment

Points positifs : The location is fantastic. The apartment is comfortable

Points négatifs : The apartment was a bit old and not well maintained. It took them 2 days to fix the internet, and the shower head is not working properly. There is no light in the toilet room.

Points positifs : Ottima posizione,centrale e vicino alla metropolitana e servizi commerciali. Spazi adeguati,appartamento luminoso. Letto confortevole. Appartamento silenzioso.

Points négatifs : Attrezzatura cucina e stoviglie insufficienti ,datati e poco puliti. Auspicabile migliore pulizia in generale.

Professional Staff and great accommodation experience

Points positifs : I hope the relevant parties will notice that the staff member Toyoko is very professional and excellent! She answered our questions about the apartment facilities very carefully and in detail before booking, and tried her best to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The overall facilities and cleanliness of the apartment were just as described! Although we found that there was no hair dryer on the day of check-in, the staff member Claude bought a new one for us to use the next day. We also experienced an incident of forgetting to bring the key, but fortunately Toyoko comforted and solved the problem for us, so that our trip went smoothly. Thank you very much! 我希望有關方面能注意到職員Toyoko有非常專業和出色的表現！在預訂前她非常細心及詳盡地解答了我們對公寓設備的問題，而且盡力確保我們有舒適的入住體驗。而公寓的整體設施、整潔度也一如描述！雖然入住當天我們發現沒有風筒，但職員Claude第二天就購置了新的給我們使用。我們還曾經歷漏帶鎖匙的事件，幸好有Toyoko安慰及為我們解決事件，令我們行程得以順利進行，非常感激！
