Points positifs : The location of this apartment was excellent. Within walking distance to so many tourist attractions & arrondissements. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable and had sufficient cooking facilities. Would thoroughly recommend.
Points négatifs : Earlier communication about entrance proceedure to the apartment. Also, provide instructions on how to use the TV in English. The pillows were not particularly comfortable.

Very comfortable and tidy apartment in a perfect central location, close to major sights and metro
Points positifs : The apartment was very comfortable and tidy, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is perfect — within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre-Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle, and just a few minutes from the Les Halles RER and metro stations. It’s also close to the lively Marais district, which we really enjoyed exploring. Thank you very much to the host for being flexible and helpful about our arrival time. We truly had a great stay and would be happy to come back!

Points positifs : This apartment has an excellent location. Although it is not right next to the train station, it is close to several metro stations, making transportation very convenient. I really liked the cozy and tasteful décor of this small apartment. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was equipped with an oven and an induction stove, which was handy for heating food when needed. That said, it wasn’t really necessary since there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was warm, attentive, and a pleasure to communicate with.

Points positifs : We loved the apartment; it is very clean, well-equipped, has everything we need, and It is very well located, near Chatelet metro! The bathroom is new, the appartament is confortable and beautiful! Queenie is very kind and answer questions promptly, we'll definitely be back!

Points positifs : Very well located. It was clean to the degree that my wife, who has a great opinion on cleanliness, was very satisfied. Everything was fine, and I had good communication with the owner/manager through WhatsApp.
Points négatifs : The bed was fine, but the pillows were awful.

Points positifs : I chose this place as I was travelling with my parents. The property is located on the ground floor, which we didn't have to worry about carrying heavy suitcases, not to mention that it's located near Chatelet metro station which has access to the shopping mall with escalators (Exit gate 3 is the closest!). The property was spacious, enough for three people, with clean kitchen, brand new fridge and oven. I didn't use it but there was also laundry machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack available. Despite being located near the city centre, with busy street, once you go through the entrance, there was no noise at all any time of the day. Queenie has been very kind, she communicated on the check-in day for check-in procedure, which was clear with photo instructions. I would definitely come back and stay here for the next trip to Paris.
Points négatifs : On the last day, there was a bit of rain, and could hear the rain drops hitting on the ceiling window of the bedroom. If anyone is a light sleeper, this can be of bothering ;) There was no shampoo! Make sure to equip your toiletries when staying here. The cleaning was well done, but the air purifier was sprayed a little too much. When checked-in the scent was too strong that gave us headache, and couldn't get rid of it even until we departed.....
