Points positifs : The apartment is located in a quiet area, within walking distance of the historic center, and next to a metro station. It's fully equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the linens and towels are clean. I'd especially like to mention the lovely terrace. The host is very kind and friendly, ready to help with any questions.

Points négatifs : Check in time is limited. If your time of arrival is different arrange this in advance. No Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Comfortable, conveniently located, helpful host, and good value for the money

Points positifs : It was a very clean, secure and comfortable apartment to stay in for the week. It is nicely furnished and decorated, and it has everything you need. The outdoor space is lovely for relaxing in the sun. We loved the location, very close to a metro stop, and in walking distance to a number of favorite places in the 5th arrdt. Only one block to grocery store, bakeries, shops, etc. The host is very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows! We’d stay here again in a minute!

Points positifs : Bager tæt på - croissants. 20 minutters gang til Notre Dame. 3 metrostationer indenfor 5 minutters gang. Dejlig balkon med fin udsigt. Roligt kvarter.

Charming apartment

Points positifs : Great location. Walking distance from the Pantheon area. Located on a very quiet street. The building is modern with elevator and entrance card/code. The apartment is charming. It's perfect for 1-2 people. It has two very nice balconies (one of them is more like a terrace). Very functional kitchen with good cooking utensils (good pots and pans, knives cut well etc.), induction stove. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Apartment was very clean. I enjoyedmy stay there very much!

Points négatifs : There is too much furniture in the bedroom. It's a bit too dense. Three minor things that can be easily improved: 1) A rack to dry dishes in the kitchen would be good to have. One doesn't want to use the dishwasher for small amount of dishes. 2) A newer chopping board in the kitchen would be useful. The current one is a bit warped. 3) There are no large/medium cups for coffee or tea, only small espresso size cups.

Points positifs : La casa era espaciosa , tranquila, con muchas cosas útiles en la casa, además una zona tranquila y Franch muy atento y agradable en todo. Eramos 3 personas y fue una semana muy agradable por Paris.
