Un emplacement de choix

Points positifs : Superbe appartement , très propre et surtout très bien situé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Je le recommande.

Points négatifs : Dans la description, il est inscrit climatisation mais ce sont des ventilateurs. Vu la température plutôt fraîche, ce ne fut pas un désagrément.

Absolutely Perfect Stay

Points positifs : Everything about this place was flawless. From the comfortable bedding and spotless bathroom to the well-equipped kitchen and prime location, the entire 5-day stay was a joy. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality. No matter what happened, David and Shanaze were incredibly responsive. Their feedback and support were remarkably fast, which made us feel completely at ease. I didn't experience a single moment of discomfort. Everything was so perfect that I have already decided to stay here again for my business trip in January 2027.

Wonderful!

Points positifs : Amazing location, Chic apartment, Great Parisian feel to the place. Friendly and accommodating hosts. The apartment suited our needs.

Points négatifs : In one of the bedrooms we could hearing a loud humming sound (fridge, fan, or similar appliance) from what sounded like the floor above. It made sleeping in that bedroom a bit of a challenge.

Loved the property, the location and the comfort.will definitely recommend to my friends

Points positifs : Location in building on 1st floor. Easy to access by stairs or elevator. Bedrooms were quiet and the property remained cool even when outside temperature was hot and humid. We never needed to use ac. Loved the location. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, metro and even an electronics store was just across the street.

Points négatifs : Showered I master bathroom. Expensive setup, but temperature was difficult to regulate. Owner responded to the problem promptly, and the situation was improved, but not entirely resolved. I am sure owner will take care of this quickly. The black lava sinks give the impression that they need cleaning, but they are clean. Not an attractive feature.
