Points positifs : Sylvain’s hospitality is incredible! He’s always ready to help with any request and even offered me an extra night when I needed to stay longer. As a solo traveler, I couldn’t help but think about how great it would be staying here with friends, because the flat is cosy and welcoming. Location is ++ as it was in a safe street, close to the metro and where you can reach Montmartre easily and quickly.

Points négatifs : I won’t lie, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. However, it doesn’t deserve all the negative comments since the flat was very clean—I didn’t even find a single stray hair. Also, there were no bed bugs as mentioned in the past. Overall, I have no major complaints. This flat is like your own home, with both things you like and don’t like about it.

Points négatifs : Area around metro stations close by feels a bit sketchy, especially at night, but around the unit itself is fine and quiet

Goed voor de prijs en als je een goedkope overnachting zoekt in Parijs.

Points positifs : Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. De host was zeer behulpzaam in alles en reageerde snel. Het appartement is zeer ruim en kan prima voor 6 man. Dichtbij metro station die je direct het centrum in brengt.

Points négatifs : De douche was niet heel rein, daar kan de eigenaar eenvoudig iets aan doen. De tafel en stoelen waren te klein, alsof de poten er onder uit gezaagd waren, heel gek. Bedden waren niet super top, maar zeker voldoende.

Points positifs : Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από γραμμή 2 και 4 του μετρό . άνετο διαμέρισμα, είχε Netflix, ζεστο νερό συνεχώς,η ιδιοκτητρια έτοιμη να βοηθήσει,τελικά σχέση ποιότητα τιμής πολύ καλα

Points négatifs : Θα μπορούσαν να προσέχουν κάποιες λεπτομέρειες στο σπίτι όπου θα ανέβαζαν την ποιότητα του

Een grote aanrader, prettige bereikbare host, fijn ruim appartement, leuke buurt

Points positifs : De locatie is echt top, leuke buurt, OV dichtbij, winkels en restaurants

Points négatifs : De eet stoelen zijn heel erg laag.

Points positifs : O apartamento condiz com as fotos do anúncio e acomodou bem nossa família 5 pessoas). Nosso anfitrião, Sylvian, foi sempre muito solícito, atendendo todas as nossas demandas e prestando informações claras e detalhadas.

Points négatifs : É preciso aprimorar a limpeza do apartamento, especialmente do box do chuveiro.

Points positifs : El apartamento es acogedor, por la noche no se oye nada de ruido y hemos descansado muy bien. Esta súper cerca de el metro. El anfitrión Sylvain ha sido muy atento y se ha portado genial con nosotros.

Points positifs : Appartamento senza pretese ma completo di tutto quello che serve anche per cucinare a casa, stirare ecc Posizione a dir poco tattica con le auto in affitto, metro, bici ecc si raggiungono tutte le tappe da visitare in poco meno di 20, mentre anche a piedi in 1 ora ci si ritrova praticamente al centro di Parigi. Approvato.

Points positifs : Спочатку шок від апартаментів але потім зрозуміли що такий стиль Парижу в цьому помешкані .Район розташування теж трохи збив з пантелику ,але потім обжились і все нормально всі культурні ніяких нюансів не виникало .Дуже порадувала відносно не дорога їжа в фаст фудах в районі і смачна .
