Great value for money and very comfortable

Points positifs : Property is maintained well. Very clean. Entrance is bit old but inside the property it is really amazing and comfortable. Very good place for pubs. Metro is nearby. It is also near to Eurostar train station

Good value for money in a great location

Points positifs : Excellent location, close to metro, attractions, restaurants etc. Apartment was clean, had all required amenities with enough room for 6 people to stay comfortably.

Points positifs : As seen in the pictures. It has a perfect home atmosphere. Everything was perfect in the house. All appliances work. The beds were comfortable. We had a great time as a family. We want to choose this place again next year. We felt like we were in our own home.

Very comfortable modern apartment.

Points positifs : Nicely refurbished large modern apartment with one large and one medium sized bedroom. Good for two friends, two couples or small families. Good modern kitchen with all the facilities you need for extended stay. Good WiFi with TV in the living room and one in large bedroom. Close to subway stations and cafes. Cedric was always reachable via the app and responded in a timely fashion.

Points négatifs : Windows could do either better sound proofing as there were street noise throughout the night.

Points positifs : Good location near the subway and city bikes, as well as excellent dining options. The apartment was well-equipped.

Points négatifs : The curtains in one of the bedrooms only covered half of the large window, and the streetlights illuminated the room all night. Furthermore, the windows are not soundproof, so you can hear all the noise from the street, which was bothersome when living close to a lively bar/restaurant street.

fantastic flat, amazing location, great host. a truly wonderful few days spent in Paris

Points positifs : Perfect location. Clean, bright, spacious flat, excellent communication with the host

Points négatifs : only 2 things to change if possible- 1 it was a hot week so we had to sleep with windows open which was noisy so air conditioning would have helped. a fan in the bathroom too would be good. otherwise a fantastic place to stay and would definitely book again
