Bon rapport qualité/prix et emplacement parfait

Points positifs : Appartement très bien situé, quartier sympa, plein de bistrots et en même temps calme. Métro à proximité

Points négatifs : canapé lit pas très confortable, un peu juste pour 5 mais fonctionnel!

Our stay was trés bien. Would definitely use again next time we are in Paris and would recommend to others!

Points positifs : I loved the location, it was on the ground floor meaning it was easy to access, it was spacious, the project screen was brilliant, the wifi worked very well, the facilities had everything you would near bar a freezer. The fans in each room were also terrific!

Points négatifs : Due to a double booking on the first night we had to go to a different apartment which wasn’t easily accessible, it was 5 floor up, a very narrow stair case, and very cramped for 3 adults. However the hosts went out there way trying to accommodate us, offering a discount once we got to the apartment we actually booked there was nothing we didn’t like, would definitely go back again when we are next in Paris.

Paris Adventure

Points positifs : The location was so good, very close to Rue de Montorgeuil with its many restaurants and cafes. The apartment was large buy Paris standards and the host was very friendly and helpful. Good shower and comfortable beds. It had a washing machine. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Comfortable and close to attractions

Points positifs : We enjoyed staying here very much. We have to arrive in Paris early in the morning. Check-in was after 3pm, but the owner allowed us to leave our luggage until check-in. When we arrived to do so, the owner informed us that the apartment was ready to move in. We were very happy and grateful that the owner was able to prepare the apartment earlier and we could rest after the road. The apartment has regulated heating, so it was warm. There were plenty of towels and bath supplies. We felt comfortable staying here. The owner was nice and explained everything we need to know and told us where there were supermarkets, cafes and nearby attractions. If we go to Paris again as a large group, we will definitely stay here again.
