Appartement propre, confortable et très bien situé

Points positifs : Appartement très propre et bien entretenu. Deux vraies chambres séparées avec lits confortables, salle d’eau en très bon état (sèche cheveux, serviettes) et toilettes indépendantes. Cuisine bien équipée (grand réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, petit micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière). Logement calme : on entend le métro au loin mais cela ne gêne pas le repos. Chauffage d’appoint disponible : un radiateur a suffi pour réchauffer la pièce principale. Instructions d’arrivée globalement claires. Quartier agréable et sûr dans le 16ᵉ, rue calme, une partie de l’appartement donnant sur un patio. Proximité immédiate du métro, d’épiceries ouvertes tard et d’une boulangerie. Hôte réactif via la messagerie Booking. Commerces de proximité très pratiques pour un séjour court.

Points négatifs : Pas de lumière de chevet dans la petite chambre. Un seul grand bol et pas de torchon pour la vaisselle. Huile, sel, poivre, café dosette mais pas de sucre pour le café du matin La boîte à clés difficile à localiser en arrivant de nuit : une photo de l’emplacement envoyée avant l’arrivée serait bienvenue.

Appartement très agréable si on n'occupe qu'une chambre.

Points positifs : Appartement sécurisé, situé dans un bel immeuble et à proximité de lieux à visiter. Très bonne boulangerie à côté de l'immeuble et petite supérette, très bons restaurants pas très loin. Appartement refait à neuf e avec goût, bien chauffé. Douche spacieuse. Réactivité de notre hôte (contacts téléphoniques et messagerie).

Points négatifs : Nous avions choisi cet appartement car nous avions besoin de deux chambres. Or, la petite chambre est très désagréable: pas de rideau à la fenêtre qui donne sur la cour, donc rien pour se protéger des regards et de la lumière. De plus, un compteur bruyant est dans cette pièce. Il y a un lave-linge que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Heureusement car il n'y a rien pour étendre le linge!

Points positifs : Property was located in the beautiful street of the 16th district in Paris. It is 2 mins walk from Exelmans metro where the Eifel tower is only a few stops away. Quiet area, nice to walk about.

Points négatifs : Perhaps another toilet roll would be nice but it is a minor issue and depends on how often the toilet is used.

Cosy apartment with good access to public transport

Points positifs : Very cosy accommodation. It looked much better in reality then on the photos. Apartment was well-cared-of and hosts were super kind and helpful.

Points positifs : It is a fantastic place to stay! The cleanliness was evident, creating a pleasant environment for all. With supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby, you have everything you need for convenience. The metro station and bus station are close by. The owner was helpful, kind and available, always ready to help. They even gave little touches, like leaving coffee for our convenience, several hangers in the closet, adding a personal and thoughtful element to our stay.

Points négatifs : The heating is central and not autonomous, however the owner was thoughtful enough to leave a small air heater which helps a lot. One of the rooms is not very convenient for double room in terms of space and quality, but if it's just for sleeping, it shouldn't be a problem. The metro runs under the apartment which can be a bit noisy at times. Overall, it's an ideal spot for both short visits and longer stays.
