Perfect location for city break

Points positifs : Perfect location, just 5 min from musée du Louvre et metro station.

Would definitely stay here again just with less luggage.

Points positifs : The location is amazing. Right beside the louvre and there’s so many cafes, bakeries, restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk it’s amazing. There are 2 entry doors plus your apartment door so very secure. We were 2 parents and 2 kids and it was a bit tight but easily doable. And the apartment has everything you need. Would definitely stay again

Points négatifs : There’s no lift which is pretty common in European places but we had 7 suitcases which made it a little complicated. And the only reason it’s not a 10/10

Points positifs : Very good place just behind Louvre Museum, you can find everything for basic live need’s in the street corner.

Points négatifs : Wood floor seems a bit not clean, some insects came out very often.

Points positifs : Clean. Awesome location. Easy to communicate with host, loads of kitchen cutlery, utensils, pots and pans etc. Has a air con unit for the hot weather. A good sized tv, decent shower. Which won't flood the floor if your sensible ahd don't turn the shower on max force. Plenty of toilet roll provided and a good hairdryer.

Points négatifs : Neighbours aren't happy with the place being hired out to tourists. They obviously get disturbed at all hours as one stopped us to give us a lecture on not using air b&b. We'd only arrived the night before, and she had to admit that we hadn't disturbed her at all. She did apologise for having a go at us for others' behaviour. I'm sharing this for people to be respectful as this is a residential property. Also, the sofa bed is terrible. The straps don't support the mattress, which sagged in the middle, creating a sink hole. My husband didn't get any sleep the first night. We resorted to 3 of us sleeping in the bed, and he slept on the sofa (not opened out into a bed). We were only here nights so we managed, but if we were staying for longer this would've been a significant issue.

Points positifs : the location is exceptional (i mean truly exceptional!!!), the owner is very friendly and helpful. the room is nice and cozy, and you have everything you need to cook, wash the clothes etc

Points négatifs : it’s the 3rd floor with no lift, to bring up huge luggage and a stroller was challenging. the shower’s floor was broken ((

Perfect location, lovely apartment, perfect base to explore the city

Points positifs : The property was perfect base for myself, husband and two daughters. Had everything that we needed and was in a perfect location. Was in walking distance to all the main sites we wanted to visit and had plenty of restaurants close by. Easy to find, not far from metro station. Would definitely recommend to others

Points négatifs : Couldn’t fault the property.

Points positifs : The flat is located in the heart of Paris! Everything is within a walking distance & also plenty of Shops and local Brasseries. Inside the flat you have everything you may need & was very comfortable! We loved it & we would stay again when back in Paris! The only con of the flat were the tiles in the shower. They need to be fixed, as it is quite uncomfortable when someone is showering.

Loved staying here. Felt really comfortable and safe.
