Points négatifs : les 5 étages dans un couloir étroit, le tissu sale de la chaise, le manque de patin sous la chaise et le tabouret, moisissure dans la douche

Séjour parfait . Adresse idéal pour visiter à pieds ou presque. Nous sommes ravi de notre séjour dans cet appartement

Points positifs : La fonctionnalité et le confort . Le tout dans peu de place ☺️

Points négatifs : Les marches pour atteindre le logement 🫤

Points positifs : Super emplacement à 2 pas du métro, et du carrefour cité (très pratique). Appartement donnant sur court très calme. Appartement très bien agencé lumineux et calme. Les photos reflètent la réalité

Points négatifs : Pas de papier toilette à l’arrivée, nous avons dû aller faire des courses. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la bouilloire trop de calcaire, un lavage au vinaigre s’impose.

Très agréable séjour au cœur de Paris, à 2 pas du centre Georges Pompidou

Points positifs : Le studio est très bien situé, calme, clair, bien agencé et bien équipé. Le lit est confortable tout est pratique et fonctionnel. Un bon séjour

Points positifs : the studio is in a perfect location - walk everywhere, great access to public transport when you need it, very well set out, had all the facilities you could want, quiet. It was beautiful

Points négatifs : I would have liked some brief instructions on how to use the washer dryer and microwave grill

Points positifs : Fabulous location. Very quiet area. Cute little studio. Great to have a washing machine

Points négatifs : Towels were very damp when we arrived No bathmat and very slippery bathroom floor Pillows well beyond used by date No fan in toilet and bathroom door didn't close We had small bags so could manage the steps but with big bags would be very difficult.

Points positifs : Great location although not for travellers with suitcases. Steep spiral staircase to level 5.

Points négatifs : Property management did not reply to enquiries regarding bedding and other miscellaneous items. Bathroom could do with a good clean

Photos were accurate, but disappointed in the street. Le Marais is still a great part of Paris though🥰

Points positifs : Bijou, but well designed and fitted out for a couple. Kitchen tiny, but good knives, pots & pans, toaster, Nespresso and washing machine/drier. Appreciated the Nespresso pods, tea bags, and plenty of plugs for charging phones etc. Hot at night, so fan was good.

Points négatifs : I would say that cleanliness has slipped. Grime round tiled floor, grout and shower area. Painted Woden floor too sticky to walk on, but found mop under bed and washed it! Sheets and towels are well past their best…and we are not sure we would choose those stairs again!🤣

Modern, functional, quiet apartment in a great location.

Points positifs : A very functional, modern and compact apartment that was so quiet in the morning.

Points positifs : The space was clean and beautiful! The bathroom and kitchen were laid out well and well stocked! The host was responsive and courteous! The area was very nice and seemed safe overall!

Points négatifs : The bathroom hand soap dispenser was empty, which was a bummer but not a huge deal. The stairs were more treacherous than expected even though I’d read the reviews! Doing full sized luggage up and then down them was crazy! Thankfully my husband has better balance than me!
