Points positifs : Chouette emplacement . Rue animée mais appartement en retrait et calme

Points négatifs : Séjour pas aussi grand qu’imaginé selon les photos . Manque d’équipements de cuisine .

Canon, je recommande absolument.

Points positifs : Tout parfait : la localisation ; la praticité; le charme de l'endroit; la qualité des lits; le fait d'être au calme absolu dans l'appartement et dans un quartier vivant en passant la porte; le fait d'être partout dans Paris à moins de 20min ; ... J'avais compris des précédents commentaires que des travaux avaient eu lieu dans la cour et avaient causé des nuisances (bruit, poussière,...) : c'est désormais totalement terminé et la cour est propre avec tout le charme parisien

Great apartment in the heart of the 10th.

Points positifs : Good comfy beds and pillows, good shower and pressure, good sized kitchen to cook up a meal if inclined. Great location close to restaurants, bars, bakeries and grocers. The area really pumps at night, yet the apartment is shielded from the evening street buzz which is great. Easy access to buses for sightseeing etc.

Points négatifs : Nothing this is a perfect spot to rest up after a day sightseeing, shopping etc and with 20+ restaurants within 150 mtrs it's an ideal apartment.

Excellent location to access all by walking.

Points positifs : Great location, a chic and clean property well appointed, very communicative host, precise instructions, clean linen and towels, adequate supplies for basic necessaries like coffee, sugar etc.,

Points négatifs : A bit of flexibility in check-in and check-out would have been helpful. Some umbrellas could be kept just in case it rains.

Points positifs : Beds were comfortable. Instructions were clear. It felt like a safe place to stay. The response to our questions was always reasonably fast and helpful.

Points négatifs : The photos of the apartment were somewhat misleading. The apartment was extremely dark due to the construction work outside. It was smaller than it appeared in the photos.

Points positifs : Beautiful apartment in a great location. Set back from the street off a private courtyard. 2 comfortable double bedrooms and a very comfortable double sofabed in the living room. A little smaller than looked in the picture but well laid out. Location was lovely with cafes and bars all around. Only 20 minutes walk to centre of Paris.

Points négatifs : It was a shame you don't get use of the courtard. A couple of the dining chairs were a little wobbly.

Perfetto per i nostri 4gg a Parigi

Points positifs : Posizione fantastica: 3 linee metro diverse raggiungibili in pochi minuti; dintorni vivacissimi pieni di ristoranti e negozi. Appartamento ben arredato con molti accessori utili. Gli spazi sono ridotti ma sono usati bene: con un po’ di tolleranza abbiamo alloggiato in 5 adulti (2 coppie nelle matrimoniali e 1 nel divano letto nel soggiorno/cucina che chiudevamo tutte le mattine). Letti molto comodi. Molto silenzioso e sicuro essendo in una corte interna.

Points négatifs : Poco luminoso essendo al piano terra in una corte interna; copertura del divano letto con qualche macchia. Le camere da letto sono separate dal soggiorno da vetrate con tende scure che non oscurano del tutto se la luce è accesa. Check-in alle 16:00 un po’ tardi (ma ci sono tanti depositi bagagli in città). Attenzione che le foto su Booking ritraggono 2 appartamenti nella stessa location.
