Points positifs : Spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, eau bien chaude et pression de l'eau bien forte! Très bien situé près de nœud de transport Nation!

Points négatifs : Bonne question, hahaha! Mais bon, il manque une planche à découper pour faire la cuisine et des maniques pour les plats chauds!

Points positifs : Very good communication with host. Seems newly renovated except the toilet. Had small issue at the beginning but they fixed it perfectly.

Super residence- I would go again in a heartbeat.

Points positifs : This was a beautiful setting. The location is great- 1 block from the Metro and RER stops that are main lines to the major attractions. An excellent grocery store (don't miss the escalator to its 2nd floor.) on Nation Circle- 2 blocks- and 3 boulongeries and 2-3 pharmacies on the circle.The apartment seems to be newly renovated. The bedroom is in back, away from the street and very quiet, with its own heating system that the guest can adjust. The room is large. The towel drying rack was actually programmed and working- a first for us in 3 1/2 months of travel. The refrigerator is generous size- make sure it stays plugged in as the cord is stretched all the way and sometimes comes out. The dishwasher works well. Induction stove, microwave and oven work well. Lots of dishes, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils and knives. Shower has hot water and enough.

Points négatifs : Things for the owners to consider but not a big problem for guests: There is quite a draft under the front door that is stealing heating and air conditioning and increasing costs for the owners. If someone did sleep in the convertible sofa during the winter, it might be uncomfortable but the heater is right beside the bed and is adjustable. Also, the washer/dryer really only washes. Because there is no vent, the water from the clothes on the dryer setting goes into a little collector at the bottom of the washer. I was unable to open the collector to dispose of any water. Perhaps this could be loosened by maintenance and then emptied by the cleaning staff and instructions on use left for guests. Otherwise the dryer takes hours, wasting electricity and the owner's funds and really never effectively drying. There is a drying rack but sometimes you need a working Trash disposal was confusing . We weren't sure if we should deposit it in the public trash bin at the corner or elsewhere. Whether and how to recycle was unclear. Very responsive owner.

Points positifs : Ήταν καταπληκτικό όλα όσα χρειαζόμουν υπήρχαν στην περιοχή από φαρμακείο, σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόριο. Η στάση του μετρό που υπάρχει στην περιοχή εξυπηρετεί όλες τις γραμμές του Παρισιού. Ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο, ζεστό και καθαρό εννοείται ότι αν ξαναβρεθούμε στο Παρίσι θα είναι η επιλογή μας αυτό το κατάλυμα.
