Logement spacieux et lumineux près du Canal Saint-Martin

Points positifs : La propreté du logement. L'espace était également un vrai plus, ainsi que tous les ustensiles nécessaires (four, micro-ondes, grille-pains, ...). L'emplacement parfait, à 2 pas du Canal Saint-Martin et de 2 stations de Métro qui menaient partout. La communication avec notre hôte, très réactif et qui nous a fourni tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin (code pour la porte quelques heures avant notre arrivée, une liste de restos sympas, etc.)

Points négatifs : Humidité dans la salle de bains (petites traces de moisissures sur les murs, sans doute dû au manque d'aération possible dans la pièce). Nous avons également eu un souci avec le boiler (petite fuite goutte à goutte), que notre hôte n'a pas eu l'occasion de résoudre sur notre court séjour (2 nuits), mais il nous a remerciés de notre compréhension en nous laissant une boîte de chocolats ;-)

Points positifs : Very nice apartment with a very nice host! It was very calm (located in a calm backyard) and easily accessible on the ground floor - not climbing the stairs when coming home with exhausted kids.

Points négatifs : Huge blankets for two people 🤭 I know this is normal in France, but I prefer a blanket for myself🤭

Very comfortable, quiet and stylish apartment.

Points positifs : Lovely decor, stylish and comfortable. All bedding and towels were of a very high quality. Coffee, a bottle of cider and toiletries were all provided. The apartment is located is a very busy street, however it is accessed via a courtyard and was incredibly quiet. It is situated within very easy access of the very interesting Canal Saint-Martin area.

Great location , good price , everything you’d need at your fingertips.

Points positifs : It was perfectly located near a number of train stations and had everything we needed. We arrived soaked from heavy rain and were very happy to see a clothes line/rack and a washer/dryer available to help us. Lots of space for our things which was a pleasant surprise.

Points négatifs : The bathroom had poor ventilation and got very damp with 4 people showering. But it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

Great stay

Points positifs : The host replied very fast via the chat of the portal. She is polite and very helpful regarding any queries or questions I have raised. The host also delivered us new kitchen paper, toilet paper, washing powder, disc-washing cleanser, coffee capsule and 4 large bottles of spring water. What a warm and wonderful management! The location is very convenient. There are 3 metro lanes within 5 minutes walking distance. Plus a direct RER B line to CDG airport. Recommend!

Points négatifs : There is no shower curtain in shower tub.

Good stay reasonable price for couple

Points positifs : Good place, has all the amenities you need for your stay. The metro is very close by. Host was very helpful provides all information you need. Also allowed to store my luggage in the apartment.

Points négatifs : Please add a curtain in the shower panel that would be my only advice, else the floor gets wet.
