Points positifs : Location of the apartment was excellent. House was really modern and functional.
Points négatifs : We needed few more towels for couple night stay but its not that serious. So i gave good points

Points positifs : The location is excellent, right by the Seine and only 600 meters from Notre-Dame Cathedral. It’s also within walking distance of the Louvre. The room is on the first floor, quiet and simply decorated in white. The living room and kitchen are spacious, making the stay very comfortable.
Points négatifs : Facilities are well-equipped, though the kitchen does not provide oil, salt and other seasonings. Guests who plan to cook will need to buy their own.

Lovely apartment in exceptional location! Secure, spacious and convenient with friendly owners.
Points positifs : Amazing location right on the Seine in the Latin Quarter, nice apartment with good space. Double bed in bedroom was very comfortable, washing machine and refrigerator were convenient to have, worked well and it was very nice to have a kitchen table. Interior curtains provided good privacy from neighbours. Rubbish was easy to dispose of in courtyard bin.Motion detection light greets you in evenings at door to flat. Competitive pricing - well worth it compared to local hotels. Would stay again!
Points négatifs : The courtyard and flat smelled of mold a bit at times. Courtyard had only plastic flowers and no direct sunlight. No ceiling fan or window in the bathroom so challenging to air out after showers or dry clothes on rack provided. Bit of patchy mold on kitchen wall near refrigerator and floors made our socks/ bare feet dirty when we arrived. Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable - could feel bars through thin mattress. Toilet off of courtyard looked unclean and always had door open - facing bedroom windows' view. No front desk or reception, best for experienced travelers.

Highly recommended for a great stay!
Points positifs : Ground floor apartment on perfect central location in Paris, close to the Notre Dame and the metro entrance as well. Although there is quite some traffic outside, once you close the front door and go to the small courtyard, you hear almost nothing! It was exceptionally hot when we were in Paris on May 1st (almost 30 degrees Celsius during the day), but the apartment remains at a pleasant and fresh temperature (there is a mobile airco unit but we didn't even need to use it). It is very clean and Victoria from Home Résidence provided all necessary information in terms of access, keys, Wifi, etc. There is no reception, so you cannot leave your luggage prior to the check-in time, however Victoria let me know you can use bounce.com to drop off you luggage at one of the many closeby and secure locations (we used Anatoly Durum which was perfect). The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, definitely recommended!
Points négatifs : No downsides. Or perhaps the only minor downside is that you don't have a window with a view, but we knew that upfront and we didn't miss it at all, as we went to Paris to visit Paris, not to sit in our apartment ;-) In any case, you have sufficient light via 2 large windows. And it takes less than a minute to go outside for a great view over the river!

Points positifs : It was very beautiful and convenient for us, the location was amazing being very near to the Notre Dame and lots of shops. The house itself was very nice as well, with all the necessities you need and more.
Points négatifs : Nothing much about the property was unlikeable.

Perfect location and family friendly accommodation
Points positifs : The apartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and in a fantastic location. We arrived in Paris after the temporary security measures were in place for the Olympics so after a reassuring call with the contact for the apartment, we were so pleased to be able to access the place on arrival. The location is so central it's in the heightened security area but on a normal visit it would be perfect. We had everything we needed, comfy beds and slept well in the heat thanks to the air-conditioning and fans. Highly recommend!
Points négatifs : Our only concern before arrival was whether or not we would be able to access the building with the temporary Olympic Games security zones in place, but it was fine!

It was perfect for a short girls’ trip to Paris! Highly recommended!
Points positifs : It was in a great location and extremely clean. The property was airy, full of light and spacious. Comes well equipped with all necessary appliances. The living room converted to a second bedroom with curtains!
Points négatifs : Nothing! It’s a wonderful property.
