Chic flat in the heart of Marais near Pompidou Centre

Points positifs : Petit appart très bien situé, on est partout en 30min. Bus et métro à proximité. Intérieur confortable et propre, et dans une ruelle calme et silencieuse...un atout pour la nuit! Je ne peux que le recommander.

Points positifs : L'emplacement strategique ,bien equiper ,acces au logement assez facile ,appartement tres boen soigner ,la femmes de menage hyper servialable et souriante .

Points négatifs : Le proprietaire renvoie cathegoriquement les appells et te fais sans avoir froie au ecrivez moi sur booking comme si le client ne connaissais pas ,il oublie qu'il peux avoir certains situations

Points positifs : Propre et bien situé. Communications claires et faciles.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Points positifs : Très bel emplacement. On peut facilement prendre le métro, boire un coup, manger au resto et flâner. L'hôte est à l'écoute et réactif en cas de besoin. Je recommande cet endroit

Points négatifs : En pleine canicule à Paris quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu chaud mais l'hôte à tout fait en un temps record pour nous dépanner. Un peu sombre, il faut allumer les lumières constamment

It was great!

Points positifs : Location is great, in a safe and lively district. Close to everything, plenty of restorants and bars around. The apartmant is small but very nicely done and clean. You have everything you need about the stay and the hosts are amazing. Their availability and having everything explain very detailed is for kudos.

Points négatifs : There is no view, from the window, its like a middle of the building with another apartments.

Lovely and well-located

Points positifs : The owner is extremely kind and responsive, he even sent us a factsheet with useful information about visiting Paris. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, suitable for two people, and the location is nice. There is a coffee machine and Netflix :)

Points négatifs : There is only one window, and at the time of our stay they were renovating the facade, so we couldn't open the window to air out the room. However, this is of course only a temporary issue (we were there in the beginning of June).

Recommended to single travelers / revenants who wish to (re-)exp authentic Paris

Points positifs : Great location, close to core Marais area, the studio is small but has everything. Typical historical building in Paris but almost humidity-proof (I used to live in Paris for 3yrs in a similar building and I must say the property is better than my old flat in this regard!). Host always super available and respond immediately. Self Check in/out instructions were clear and sent in advance.

Points négatifs : Window opens to court but nothing to complain about - this is perfectly normal in Paris 3e arrd. Mattress is a bit too soft and not so comfy (for those who prefer firmer ones). It would be great if there were courtesy shampoo/shower gel - doesn’t need to be single-use pkg, could also just be a dispenser installed in the shower.
