Great apartment in a lovely area of Paris!

Points positifs : The location is just great! The apartment is between Bastille and Voltaire metro stations, close to Marais and the street is just full of delicious boulangeries, supermarkets and restaurants of all kinds! There is a very special atmosphere and lots of people. The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and silent, the bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated and the kitchen is very well equipped. In general, the apartment is very nicely decorated. The heating can be regulated according to the need and works perfectly. The communication with the owner was really smooth and very polite all the time. It is a perfect place to stay for any duration of time. We will certainly stay in this apartment when we go back to Paris!

Great location, charming studio.

Points positifs : We had a lovely time in Paris staying in this lovely studio, decorated with excellent taste. It was cosy yet spacious enough with a nice, well appointed kitchen and lovely bathroom. It was also surprisingly quiet and Bastille is an excellent location to explore Paris. Rue de la Roquette has a plethora of little shops, restaurants and cafes with all you could possibly need. The communication was great and the flat was spotless on arrival.

Points négatifs : Some may be put off by the entrance to the building and ancient staircase but it didn’t bother me at all. Again, it was not a big deal for us but guests may need to know there is no wifi access.

Points positifs : Compact, perfect for a couple, clean and warm ,fantastic location, lots of options for drinks and meals right on your doorstep

Points négatifs : No internet as advertised, would have been better with but not a deal breaker however no AC in summer this wasn't great but to be fair we were ok

Points positifs : Apartament bardzo czysty, przyjemny, lokalizacja świetna, mimo że obiekt jest od strony ulicy, okna są bardzo wyciszające więc można spać w ciszy bez problemu, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo szybki i przyjemny, bardzo polecam
